Mr Bates v. the Post Office scandal

Watching the ITV programme Mr. Bates v The Post Office. Fujitsu should be absolutely ashamed of the treatment of these innocent people - they have humilated them, bankrupted them, caused mental illness, stress, imprisionment & even suicide. The Company should be stopped from trading, bankrupted and forced to pay these unfortunate people millions compensation and a full apology. The CEO should be imprisioned and his family humilated and left homeless. They are the scum of the earth.

Disgusted that fujitsu staff were ones…

Absolutely Disgusted what i seen at recreation of fujitsu tech support centre as highlighted on tonight itv programme bates vs post office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fujitsu should be hit by multi billion pound fine and staff at tine linked to this should be jailed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really do hope all post masters are properly compensated for this travesty of justice!!!!!

HORIZON SHAM

Just been watching the ITV programme with regards to the dreadful treatment of innocent Postmasters, being accused of theft, due to the Horizon systems manufactered by Fujitsu.

What an absolute nightmare those people's lives were made due to no fault of their own.

Still no apologies, still no proper compensation, still no one admitting the systems were at fault.

SHAME ON YOU, FUJITSU, AND SHAME ON THE POST OFFICE!!!

Fujitsu ducted system poor performance

I installed a Fujitsu whole house ducted air system in 2010. The system performances was terrible. On an over 35 degree day the indoor temperature could not get below 28 degrees even with the thermostat set below 20. The duct outlet air couldn’t get below 20 degrees until after 7pm. I had the system checked by the installers a number of times, even contacted Fujitsu without improvement. I replaced the ceiling insulation with R3.5 bats and installed retro fit window double insulation without effect.
The System failed with a circuit board failure in 2018 that was replaced. This year it failed again and I bit the bullet and replaced the system with a Daiken system that on a over 35 degree day gives 10 degrees outlet air. At last we have working air.
I initially bought the system because I foolishly trusted the promotion by the cricket captain that Fujitsu was Australias favourite air.

Fujitsu Lifebook U Series - miserabel

Habe das Lifebook U Series von meinem Arbeitgeber. Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Notebook bedient. Hängt sich bei jeder zweiten Benutzung auf, Akku hält ohne Ladekabel 1 Stunde im RUHEZUSTAND! Langsam, lauf usw… leider keine einzelne Meinung, jeder Arbeitskollege spiegelt mir die selbe Einschätzung zurück.

I've had to deal with Fujitsu (PFU)…

I've had to deal with Fujitsu (PFU) customer service for an HHKB with unresponsive keys the whole left side is non functional currently. We're talking about an above $400 CAD piece of hardware with supposedly a 2 year warranty. Well guess what they won't respect that warranty and I found out the hard way after using HHKBs for over a decade now without any problem the day I actually needed to use that warranty they did everything in their power to stall me and waste my time for days I've been trying to get a shred of support and I got nothing. They can't even track the hardware they're selling you in their system properly. After a decade of use and the 6th HHKB I've owned I'm never buying another Fujitsu product again or approving a business purchase of a Fujitsu order again not even their scanners.. It comes down to principle at this point and I'm not gonna beg them to honor their warranty after days of back and forth calls, emails it's not worth the time and energy.

Also just a side note, I've asked about different options at this point I would've taken even a replacement part to get this over with.. at the end of the day I just wanted my device repaired.

My case was CS0268027
so long HHKB it's been a fun ride.

Warranty for HVAC units are pointless

Warranty for heat pumps, HVAC units etc sit with the installer then their supplier and finally to Fujitsu not directly with the manufacturer. So if there are any concerns or faults or issues with the equipment or install then the consumer can’t arrange any form of warranty review or repair without the installers cooperation. Then when the installer does pay for Fujitsu to be on site there is potential for bias in the report generated when being paid to be on site and both installer and manufacturer on site. Our report says “The system is installed to installation requirements with no issues” however after a copy of this was issued to ourselves we had to point out to fujitsu that the installation wasn’t correct according to their own install manual and they even agreed, yet this statement persists on the report with no retraction and no change. They have finally, 15 months after the report, clarified that they didn’t inspect the installation or suitability of the setup, they only tested that the air conditioning operated for the summers day they were on site for the 6 rooms out of 9. Leaving us an installed “heating system” which can’t maintain sustained heat output with a supposed 3 year warranty that has been as useful to us as a wall mounted paperweight since it’s install in early 2022. Now instead it is being removed and binned. What a damage to the environment making shipping installing now removing and disposing of this renewable energy “heating system”.

Warranty is mot guaranteed…

We had a fujitsu mini split converter fail after 4 years, but it has a five year warranty; however, the way it works is that they shop it to their local contractors who apparently are free to reject the work. Thus we are stuck with a ac unit that doesnt work in the hotest time ever!

Excellent Laptops, Great Support

I have owned Fujitsu laptops for about 14 years now and just replaced my old one. The products are excellent. Build quality and longevity are superb. On this occasion, the supplier appeared to have started the warranty however, a quick chat with Fujitsu support and the clock was reset. No drama.
So much better than my experience with the likes of Dell.

Terrible Support Website

Getting drivers from the offical Futjisu Website is absolute impossible. Each link to downloads gets you to an error page. The only thing you can get from the Fujitsu support website is a bunch of pdf. But forget to get things like bios updates.

OK scanner but poor tech support

I've had an ix1500 ScanSnap scanner a couple of years now. The actual scanning functionality is fine but it has absolutely dreadful software. Installation/updates can go completely awry requiring full removal (it's such an issue they even have a software tool to do this). It is not at all intuitive and frequently mislabels files due to failed OCR. If you then try and do anything out of the ordinary (e.g. a slightly longer document) then good luck - on the face of it the website has a method but it doesn't correspond with the software and when you eventually get hold of someone in tech support (with totally different email addresses all over the website) then they don't seem to understand the problem or be able to provide a proper solution. Product 6/10, aftersales 1/10. I'd consider looking elsewhere myself.

Futjisu betreibt offenbar keine eigene…

Futjisu betreibt offenbar keine eigene Ersatzteilversorgung das führt dazu daß ein S26113-E604-V20-01 360 Watt Netzteil von dubiosen Händlern im Internet für 98€-120€ Angeboten wird.

Wäre kein Problem würde Futjisu nicht gleichzeitig Stecker und Netzteile verbauen die es nur im Futjisu Ökosystem gibt.

Can't complain

Can't complain, purchased air conditioners work fine. The only problem is the home automation part, there is no application to operate the air conditioners remotely, other competitors have already developed these systems for smart homes.

Service mehr als schlecht

Nach nur 4 Jahren ist bei meinem Computer das Netzteil gebrochen. Die Mitarbeiter sind in Sachen Ersatzteile total überfordert. Hier das Antwortmail von Fujitsu:

Never again

Got an Android tablet from Fujitsu and even from the beginning, it didn't work properly. Constantly rebooting by itself, extremely slow, app crashes and so on. Sent it for repair abroad several times and they never managed to fix the issues. Fujitsu had to pay for the transport of the tablet back and forth and I can't see how it ended up cheaper than just giving me a new one. So there I was, with a new bought tablet I could not use. Luckily for me, my employer paid for it. I'd never ever buy anything again from Fujitsu.
