Gary came out to me today. Absolute legend. Was a challenging job as it was for my Volvo.

I was totally happy with my experience with James in Yorkshire. He arrived on time in an immaculately clean van and uniform. He was extremely pleasant, professional and competent and resolved my unfortunate issues without fuss or any damage to my vehicle. James was a great ambassador for his employer too. Overall a first class experience in very challenging circumstances for me and at a very competitive price too.

Well, the operative turned up 3 hours late smelling strong of weed.
But he was sure handed and confident, so I watched him work for half and hour of draining my car of the diesel i'd put in it.
However we couldn't get it to start and neither could the RAC the next day.
Upon taking the Car, (toyota aygo) to the garage, they told me it still had diesel in it and that the Catalytic converter had been shattered.
Cost to me, £1800. When i rang fuel doctor and asked for some compensation, they had a clown ring me and deny any responsibility.

Lovely technician turned up after 3 hours. But only did half the job. Just sucked out the fuel from the inlet, didn’t flush entire system.
Assured me engine will start, it didn’t.
Ignored my phone calls.

Car currently at the garage still not sorted.

Gary drained contaminated fuel from my Lotus Elise quickly and efficiently.

Gary turned up on time, phoning me beforehand to provide an ETA. Was very friendly, reassuring, efficient and tidy worker. All sorted in 30 minutes and provide with sufficient fuel to get me to the nearest fuel station. Very pleased with experience.

Gary was my knight in shining armour ok it was a white van but hey due to my lack of concentration he was quickly on the case and sorted out my dellema without any sarcasm etc for my stupidity I was quickly on my way to work with the correct fuel thank heavens this service is available i would definitely recommend fueldoctoruk.co.uk to any that need them

Amazing service and half the price we had been quoted first.
We made the call and Gary was with us with in 30 minutes stressing we wouldn't get the car started again he managed to get it back up and running.
Would highly reccomend to anyone who has issues regarding their fuel thank you Gary.
