Mat and Monica established Frumble back in 2010. We started small from our spare bedroom and have grown over the years but we’ve kept a grasp on our business. All the products that we offer on our website have been carefully curated by these two cool cats.

Lovely range, excellent customer service

I first found Frumble when looking for space-patterned fabrics, and they have an excellent range of them which I've struggled to find elsewhere. They also have lots of other printed fabrics and a great selection of bias binding. Orders are dispatched promptly and the customer service is brilliant. They've become one of my go-to stores for sewing supplies.

I regularly buy from Frumble

I regularly buy from Frumble, everything I've ordered has always been exactly as described and what I wanted. Yesterday I placed an order and I knew it was late in the day but asked if they would send it for next day delivery and although I knew it was late in the day, they have worked their magic and the items arrived just now. I am very happy to be able to continue with my project without delay. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. Much appreicated.

My favourite online haberdashery

I love shopping at Frumble. The selection of haberdashery items is fabulous. I especially love the bias binding. They also stock my favourite Maxilock overlocker thread. Mat also usually posts your order the same day which is great!

Fantastic shop

Fantastic shop, love the selection of high quality fabrics and always delivered with speed. Used for over 10 years now and by far my favourite fabric seller :)

Beautiful fabric

First time ordering from this company and will definitely be doing so again. Beautiful fabric, even more colourful than as shown, well packaged and very quick delivery. Definitely recommend

They are scammers. Prices are per HALF metre. Don't fall for it

They are scammers

They boldly advertise a price but fail to say it's per HALF metre. You think you're getting a decent price for fabric but no...didn't read the small-print!

EdIt: I can't work out how to reply, so this bit is a reply to the comment:

If you genuinely value good customer service, do 2 things:
1. Don't require customers to comb through an FAQ to understand what you're not giving them - this just suggests you're trying to hide things
3. Your reply was a lot of "wah wah" but it could all be solved if you'd just be transparent about your prices and list them in metres. This isn't hard.

Hi Caro,

I’m very sorry you feel this way. The fabric you ordered, as well as every single other product on our website, clearly states the measurement each unit represents. In your case and as with most of our fabrics, this is per half metre.

You will also find that there are several other pages that emphasise this point. For example, The frequently asked questions (FAQ) page has the following as the very first paragraph:

What number should I put in the quantity box? - - - Our fabrics are sold in half metre increments, so 1 unit equals 0.5 metres, 2 units = 1 metre, 3 units = 1.5metres and so on... Basically what ever measurement you need in meters, double it up and you'll have the unit you need. if you need 3.5 metres, put 7 in the quantity box.

Over the last 13 years of running our online business, we have never been accused of misleading or “scamming” any of our customers. I found your emails to be rude and offensive yet we would always treat you and all our customers with curtesy and respect.

I have offered you a full refund, as per our normal returns policy but I haven’t had confirmation on how you wish to proceed with this.

I always like using Frumble

I always like using Frumble. My experience has always been fabrics and haberdashery items which are as advertised, good quality and arrive promptly. And always good to support an independent business.
