Paid for same day delivery to a school and put in the hours. Fruit was never delivered or was I able to track. No notification from them. The days they’ll deliver today! I never have this problem with Edible arrangements! Do not use
My best friends dog tragically passed…
My best friends dog tragically passed away and I sent them a fruit platter and it arrived with literally basically rotting fruit and a chocolate dipping job that my 10 year old students could do better. It was absolutely embarrassing and disgraceful. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they gave me a 50% refund which I felt was suitable because she said it “tasted fine” but the presentation was disgusting.
Low quality, missing elements, bad experience
Placed an order for a premium bouquet plus a dozen dipped strawberries. Fruit was tasteless and watery like it was frozen and poorly defrosted. The berries were missing one berry - that's like a three dollar strawberry!
I received no less than 12 emails asking for reviews or another order in less than 3 weeks. I finally left a review (which they did not publish), and a rep sent yet another email (two actually), offering to help.
The "help" was their default customer service chat. The chatbot couldn't even find my order. An agent finally arrived and offered to replace the order.
The new order was only marginally better tasting, but was clumsily cut and smaller than the originally. The over-priced berries were not replaced. Yet another rep offered me a $15 credit for my trouble. When I refused it (asking for nothing else), they finally offered a 50% refund. I guess that's fine, but what a waste of time and money. I should have gone to their competitor (I will next time).

Changed the address customer entered and would not refund. They wanted to deliver it again 3 days later. They will not refund you the amount even though they messed up the delivery. Stay away.

THEY ARE SCAMS. They never delivered the product and claimed to “reprocess for delivery” three times but can never explain what went wrong. I’ve asked to cancel my order for a refund and they confirmed they would but are only giving me half my money back. I keep asking why but they won’t answer the question

I am extremely disappointed. Everything about their service is BS!!!!! I have been getting lied to all day by their live representative regarding order status. They say it will be here NLT 8:00 but the order was supposedly out in transit from a local vendor at 1:18 and never showed. They started ignoring me and I never received my delivery extremely unprofessional. I need my money back ASAP.!!!

They said a delivery attempt was made, but was unsuccessful. I checked our cameras. No delivery attempt was made. Avoid these guys.

If zero stars was a choice, that’s what I would give. The order did not arrive when promised, and a redelivery was offered, but would not arrive for 4 more days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

BEWARE!! This is a bogus website/company, ordered a $120 fruit bouquet and it never arrived, even though they claimed delivered. There is no recourse, as you cannot get a hold of anyone at this company ,either via phone or website.I filed a grievance with Paypal, Paypal should revoke their privileges.

Failed to deliver before recipient left for the day. Assume they will deliver at the end of the day, which is always a good idea for Perishable items. fruitbouquets.com is to expensive to fail so Spectacularly. I will not use them in the future and I would recommend that you consider other Edible delivery services.

One star only because I was forced to. Don’t ever go through this company or 1800 flowers. For 3 separate days I was told my order would arrive. My recipient was not contacted as they kept saying because I used MY phone number for this exact reason. No calls. I was in constant contact with the person receiving and they were home. I kept getting the runaround with the delivery attempt and calls lie. Then they slipped up and said product availability was an issue. It’s been nothing but lies and I’ll be waiting for this refund thats supposedly coming, and will be calling my credit card company and BB/FTC and whoever else I need to take this further if needed. I gave 1800 flowers a second chance from their screwup a few years back but never again with this half rate company and it’s affiliate company!

if i could give this place NO stars then I would. I placed an order and within minutes of placing it, I realized I needed to switch it from a residential to a business so my loved one could get their order before the workday was over. I contacted the place immediately. They told me they couldn’t do it, but that they would make sure my order came before six, I tracked the order religiously all day and it said for hours that it was out for delivery and then one of the times I checked around 5 PM. It suddenly had a little caution symbol so I had to contact the live agent and ask what that was about again. The live agent told me that the delivery service claimed my recipient was unavailable, which I knew wasn’t true because I was actively texting the recipient all day. The live agent asked me to ask the recipient if they had been contacted because usually they contact the recipient first I asked the recipient and he showed me that he had no missed calls from anyone. I am also astounded that I did not get contacted when I am the buyer if they were running into any troubles with the delivery. I had to go out of my way to find out that my order wasn’t delivered. No one tried to contact me or the recipient when I complained about this and asked for a refund they told me that I could start the process at 8 PM so I reached out and then they claimed they could not give me a full refund but that they would give me a refund on the shipping fee and re-deliver my order the next day then a few minutes later claimed that they couldn’t even give me a refund on the shipping fee and could only redeliver my order. I spent literally 70 dollars on this and still don’t know if my loved one is going to receive the order. complete scam do not waste your money

Horrible! Claimed they delivered my gift and who knows where that went. Kept calling asking as the customer service barely speak English and had no answer. They sent a email saying their would be a replacement the next day and nothing came again. This place is a scam! I asked for refund and she acted like she couldn't do that until the florist confirmed. That doesn't make any sense.

I ordered small cake with chocolate covered berries to be sent to friend on her birthday.
Neither cake or berries were delivered. I was never notified that entire order substitution would be made. They delivered some chocolates instead. I would have cancelled the order if I known.
If I had wanted to send some chicolates I could have doordashed some chocolates from a local drug store for a fraction of their charges.
Rip off
Never delivered my order. Watch when you try to order from edible arrangements. Fruit bouquet.com will redirect you to there site. Then rip you off. They don't have a customer service available you have to hunt for customer service online.They lie and say they will resend your order.Then they give you a early morning delivery time like 9am or 10am

They didn't deliver that order on time they didn't deliver the order together they made no attempt to communicate with me after I tried to discuss my issues the pretzels were stale and the strawberries just never got there on time

i was promised the order to arrive no later than 8pm and it was passed the time. and they said they’ll deliver it the next day and i said i wanted a refund. they said they’ll give me a service refund that was no where near half of what i paid for so i said no a full refund. so far i got the receipt for it but didnt get the actual refund yet. literally stressed me out and was embarrassed that my loved one didn’t get a gift they should be expecting.
