Order not received!
I placed an order for the Grimm’s Mosaic Pastel (36 piece) on 4th March 2026. However, as of today, 14th March, I still have not received my parcel and there has been no update regarding the delivery. I am extremely disappointed and quite shocked by the lack of communication.
I contacted customer service to ask about the status of my order, but I have not received any response at all. It is very frustrating to spend money on an item and then be left completely in the dark with no information about when, or if, the order will arrive.
I expected a much higher level of customer service and communication. At the very least, I would have expected an update, a tracking number, or a response to my enquiry. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Based on my experience so far, I would be very hesitant to order from this company again.
