The worst experience ever! I ordered the latest Chez Kane LP with an autographed card and only the card arrived without the vinyl. They ignored all my mails afterwards. Luckily I paid with Paypal and got my money back. There’s a word for this: thiefs. I can’t believe so many artists are still willing to sign with this shady label.
Literally zero comms from the company. There is no available discount for me even though im a vinyl club member. Im about to be charged a second month for membership and have so far received a rather poor turntable mat. Total outlay £54 for that. Unfortunately they are letting the bands down that they represent with the AWFUL customer services.
Another record label that can't send out pre orders to arrive on time of release.
They do have time to send me 3 emails a week promoting further products though. Maybe take the guy doing all the emails and put him in the warehouse to pick and pack some orders!
Utter shambles. Ordered the gold vinyl pressing of the new Asia Live in England album.
I was informed that due to an error, this pressing was oversubscribed.
They offered me a refund or a different vinyl pressing. I chose the blue vinyl copy and they did refund the difference.
The album came but it was a black vinyl copy and despite 2 emails, I've not heard back from them.
Will never use them again.
I have placed an order with them on Dec. 8 which I haven't yet received as of today (Dec. 22).
I haven't even received a notice of shipment and the item was in stock during this whole time. They are also ignoring my emails that I sent to them on Dec. 17 and Dec. 19. I think this shop doesn't have any customer service skills or they are just a mess or both. Too bad, as the item appeared interesting.
Update 22 Jan. - after 1.5 months I received my order now. They were silent for three weeks and only reacted after I reported them to the Board of Consumer Dispute Settlement. They promised to waive the postage for my order as a sign of goodwill but of course that didn't happen either.
I placed my order on July 12, 2025, for Mike Tramp – Songs of White Lion Vol. III (Yellow LP and Signed Art Card).
It’s now been more than three months, and I have not received anything – no shipping confirmation, no updates, and no communication at all.
I’ve tried reaching out for information, but there has been no clear response or explanation. This is completely unacceptable for such a long delay, especially when payment was taken immediately.
I was really looking forward to this release, but the lack of professionalism and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Unless this issue is resolved soon, I cannot recommend ordering from this store.
Reserve dos discos LP limitados y firmados a principios de junio, tenían que haberlos enviado el 5 septiembre, a día de hoy 25 de septiembre sin enviar y sin contestar desde el servicio de atención al cliente.. reclamación en PayPal para la devolución del dinero, plazo hasta mañana, después de 10 días no han contestado... Nefasto!
