Bought 3 knit tops, when they arrived the quality was so poor it was shocking. The tops looked nothing like the website. When I requested a refund under their "100% satisfaction guarantee" I was promptly ghosted.

This company is a fraud. I ordered two dresses, took over a month to arrive. They were nothing like the photos. They look like nurse scrubs in a dress. They refuse to send me a return label or the return address, saying it will be very expensive to return the items. They want to offer me pennies on the dollar of my purchase as a refund. A one-star rating is too generous; I would like to give it negative stars. Never again!!!!

I bought 3 pants 3 tops. Same styles 3 colors. When they were received they looked nothing like the photos. The photos had 3/4 sleeves and the items delivered were short sleeve. The quality was poor. The stitching was poor and the XL looked like a medium. When I emailed the company asking for a returned package label and a full refund they suggested giving the clothes away. In addition, the receipt showed $229 but they charged my card $275.
I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges to get fully refunded.

The photos/videos completely misrepresent the items I ordered: they are way too small. They took over 4 weeks to arrive. The company does not accept returns. Stay away.

They don’t do returns!!! Nowhere did I see anything saying final purchase of all items.
I ordered 2 items each about $30 but was charged about $90 on the acknowledgment email. I tried to cancel the order within minutes and they said it had already been processed so couldn’t be canceled. It took weeks to get here and the quality was terrible- see through “dress” more like a nightgown and sweater with weird sleeves that stick out. I proceeded to try to return and they suggested I give them to someone else and offered me $6 on a $65 purchase.

First off, they placed two shipping charges on my card. I did not know this "company" was in China. That information came with the tracking info after three weeks with no delivery. They just keep sending updates that the item "in transit". I no longer want the item (sounds like it will be garbage anyway) and asked to cancel. Not possible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. It will become a source of annoyance

The sweater I received was 1/2 the size of the photo.
The photo showed a longer sweater the actual sweater was to my waste (barely) I ordered medium they sent all 3 sweaters small size (with a S size sticker)
I have made 4 attempt to get the money back guarantee without success so far. I am going to dispute the charges but they use another name on their billing.

Do NOT buy from this company! Tops arrived and were far from far off of advertised measurements. Frontaley refused to accept the return even after I explained in detail what was wrong. They do not stand behind their products! Avoid this company at all costs!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered 4 pair of black pants, sized 2xl. Instead, I received the tiniest pants I’ve ever seen. Over $100. No return possible. Don’t order from them!!

The lowest quality merchandise I have ever seen. Took them more than a month to deliver and the quality of items was comparable to cleaning rugs.

Sizing wrong and no option to return.

I ordered a dress from Frontaley in February. I got a confirmation that the order was placed and shipped. I didn’t receive any tracking info until I sent a message. They sent me a tracking # starting with “JSE” when the package never came , I contacted them again and they told me it has been delivered on March 17 th at my door! NOT! I received other packages on Monday but not from Frontaley! I know because I met my Postman at my door! When I contacted them again they sent me tracking info from their express delivery company and told me to call my post office! I did and the post office told me when a package comes into the post office the Post office assigns a USPS tracking number and then the package is delivered! No package came in to me from ANY express company! No satisfaction from Frontaley! They keep telling me to contact my Post Office! I have asked them to send me a USPS tracking number but they won’t or can’t!! Not Happy here in the Appalachian Mountains!!! Warning everyone DO NOT SHOP with Frontaley!!!

Don't order! It took over a month to get my order, and the quality was terrible! Cotton and Linen V-neck Midi Dress is so thin and cheaply made, it will probably fall apart the first wash. Looking online now it's $15 less than what I paid. Very frustrated and feeling robbed!

I placed an order on March 30, 2024. I paid for an express shipment. I have yet to receive this order and I have been going back & forth with customer service about the shipping and where the order is. The shipping company notes the order is in Portugal and has been for a few days. Had I known this shipment wasn’t in the US or that I’d have this much hell getting it, I never would have ordered it. Won’t order again!!!! I’m pissed!!!

I placed an order and was immediately significantly overcharged, so within three minutes I canceled the order. For the last two weeks they’ve been arguing with me via email refusing to return my money. Total scam. I’ve given them at least four opportunities to return my money.

Very soft, luxurious and a go-to piece on cold winter days. Dress it up or down...either way it feels so good.

Very cute jacket for Spring or Fall. Bought as a gift.

My kiddo loves these! They are perfect!
