Would rate zero if I could. Arrived two days late. Shipped in a box by normal courier. Squashed and it’s just a bundle of poor quality flowers with no artistry in a foam block. Note stapled into card. Rubbish. I called when product was a day late to be told it would arrive by 8pm the day after it should have arrived. It arrived the day after. When I called it was clearly an overseas call centre. Extremely poor experience on every level, don’t waste your money. We would have gotten a nicer bunch of flowers from Woolworths for a quarter of the cost.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day because I live in a different state from my mother, who had been very unwell. I spent approximately $170 on what was advertised as a beautiful bouquet.
Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered. After discovering this, I emailed the company requesting a refund but received no response. When I called, I was told the delivery could not be completed because the road was blocked. This explanation was not accurate. I was also told that an email notification had been sent to me, but the company was unable to provide a copy of that email when I requested it.
During the call, I was assured that a refund would be processed. However, I had already cancelled the credit card used for the purchase due to concerns about the company's conduct.
Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the communication. I paid for a product that was never delivered and had considerable difficulty obtaining a satisfactory response.

They trick you into buying what would look nice and last minute send you an email saying they didn’t have it available. After complaining, they tried to entertain me by give me a 20% discount on next order but I would never order from them again. They ignore consumer rights and basically said ‘well at least it was delivered’ 🤣 a joke
Order a bouquet, no delivery no refund
Order a bouquet online for my mother in laws birthday. They contacted us saying that they do not deliver in the area, even though they accepted the order and payment with all the delivery details in it. Offered a hamper delivered instead, but that's not what we want. Asking for a refund, doesn't look we're getting one, emails initially answered quickly but now no replies. Even seems multiple people replying uncoordinated. Bad customer service, if any at all. And don't come with your line that your records don't show an order, your email replies clearly show your server... you're scammers. Either deliver as ordered or just don't accept the order for an area you don't deliver. But looking at the other reviews, you're not even trying to be professional.

They offered if flowers were not fresh to deliver some more but couldn't offer same day delivery and delivery through same courier so I could send a second delivery of sad, dying condolence flowers. Ordered for a birthday, advised on the date of delivery at 10am they couldn’t deliver it and was delayed for 3 days. Refused refund repeatedly. Then it was a further 3 days later than they said (6 days total). Flowers looked like they were picked off a tombstone and went straight in the bin. Avoid at all cost.

I would strongly advise against ordering from From You Flowers.
The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised. It consisted mostly of dry leaves and greenery, with only two flowers, both of which appeared wilted and dead on arrival. It looked old, poor quality, and completely unsuitable for the occasion it was purchased for.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a refund despite the flowers being clearly not as described and not of acceptable quality. Instead, they repeatedly promised that a replacement bouquet had been arranged.
Fast forward almost a month later, and the replacement flowers still have not arrived. Every time I contact them, I receive the same generic response: that the replacement has been arranged, but they cannot provide a tracking number or even an estimated delivery date. After weeks of emails, there has been no resolution and no accountability.
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Poor quality flowers, poor communication, no refund, and a replacement that appears to exist only in their emails.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

I ordered flowers from the uk to family in Australia. We ordered the largest bouquet $170 and thought they were the florist. My cousin sent me a picture of the bouquet when they arrived. They were small and not the flowers we ordered. I contacted Fromyouflowers and they apologised and offered me a discount on a future order. I pointed out I lived in the uk and wouldn’t be ordering again. After a few more emails they offered me $20 refund. I accepted as knew I was lucky to get even that. They said they were processing the refund. A few days later I got another email saying they have withdrawn the refund as they contacted the florist they used!! and the flowers were correct even though I sent them 2 pictures of the one I ordered and what my cousin actually received. If I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. DO NOT USE THEM. A scam.
THIS BUSINESS HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday on 28/5/26 to be delivered by 1pm on 12/6/26 (2 weeks away)
On their website they advertised FREE DELIVERY. I was charged $19.95. A half hour after I ordered the flowers I got an email to say they couldn’t guarantee the flowers to be delivered by 1pm. So I emailed back and said I would like to cancel the order. They now tell me that I will have $25 deducted because I didn’t cancel within an hour after order.i had so many emails from them I wondered if they were AI compiled. perhaps I could have understood if I wanted delivery same day and then cancelled, but ordering for 2 weeks away should not have been a problem cancelling. I have contacted Office of Fair Trading in Queensland because this business is so unfair.
I would recommend that NOBODY ORDERS FROM ‘FROM YOU FLOWERS’ I am so angry about the whole situation.

I ordered a Mother’s Day flower arrangement for approximately $100 from FromYouFlowers AU. What arrived was honestly embarrassing. The flowers were wilted, dehydrated, improperly packaged, and looked nothing like the product advertised online. They were wrapped in brown paper with no hydration pack and no flower food included, despite the care instructions specifically referring to enclosed flower food.
The flowers arrived after Mother’s Day, defeating the entire purpose of the purchase, and completely died within approximately two days despite being immediately placed in water.
What made the experience worse was the company’s handling of the complaint. After I provided photographs and extensive evidence, the company repeatedly acknowledged the poor condition of the flowers and apologised for the issues — yet still refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they continually offered partial refunds or store credit to spend more money with them.
At one point they offered 40% back for flowers that were effectively dead on arrival. Apparently you are expected to somehow “use” the remaining 60% of dead flowers.
I ultimately had to escalate the matter through a chargeback dispute with my bank and file complaints with the ACCC and Fair Trading.
Interestingly, the original website now redirects to a completely different brand name, Bunches & Stems. Consumers can draw their own conclusions from that.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business for important occasions. There are far too many reputable florists in Australia to risk having a major event ruined by flowers arriving in this condition.
Confused by negative reviews
I ordered flowers for my daughter today and I must admit I was so relieved. They were beautiful and exactly like the picture. I must admit I read many negative reviews today while waiting for them to be delivered ...I wish I hadn't as the stress it caused me was unnecessary. I panicked and phoned this company to double check all the details only to be offered reassurance from a staff member. Sure enough my daughter sent a picture of the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. I ordered the delicate elegance
I’ve tried to get in touch about a refund and no reply
I’ve tried to get in touch with this company multiple times. There has been no updates to my order, no email replies, no one can answer my questions on the phone as to why it’s not being delivered days after purchase when it was meant to be same day delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very hard to deal with.

My daughter ordered some flowers for my birthday on the 26th of May, ordered on the 25th May paid $25 for the same day delivery, until now 28th of May I haven't received it. I called 3x hang up on me once and some people just doesn't seem to care, if this is not resolved I will escalate it to the consumer affairs, just be aware of this people, as I said it was my daughter who ordered it, that's why you can't find it under my name, in your defence it arrived on the 28th of May which is 4 days later and it didn't looked like the picture, not very happy

Paid for same-day delivery, and they didn't arrive until the next day. Flowers were not fresh. Asked for a refund of the delivery fee, and I was told no, as the flowers were delivered. Because they were not delivered on the same day as paid for did not matter. I was told I could have another bunch of flowers sent or a store credit. I opted for another bunch because I will NEVER use this company again, and I advise everyone else to never use them.

Myself and 2 other family members used them (by coincidence- not referral) and the same thing happened on each occasion- the flowers (not the ones we ordered) turned up 3 days late, all withered and brown with no water..for Mother’s Day no less! The wrong bouquet was sent (completely different to what was ordered). The customer service is shockingly bad, as the process for a refund has very difficult and still going through the process of getting a refund. I DO NOT recommend this business- if I could give less than a 1 star review I would.
The worst company ever
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day paying 19 AUD for them to be delivered in time. My mother in law didn’t receive them despite being home all day. I chased the customer service multiple times and they said it was delivered to a ‘safe place’ I finally got them to send me a photo and the delivery driver had delivered them next to the bins so the flowers had been collected as rubbish. My mother in law never received them and I’ve requested a refund numerous times and been told seeing as they were marked delivered they can’t give me a refund. I am absolutely disgusted by this company, they don’t care about their customers at all and are scamming anyone who buys from them. I am out nearly 100AUD out of pocket, no flowers and no refund. DO NOT USE!! They are scammers and I will never use again.

I ordered funeral flowers, for a good friend who had lost his wife.
Not only did they arrive a day late, they were the wrong ones, It was supposed to be a nice looking all white cloud 9 bouquet, what was received was an awful looking bunch of old flowers that resembled weeds.

Disappointing Mother’s Day Flowers - Late Delivery and Poor Value
I ordered Mother’s Day flowers from From You Flowers and paid $155.95. The order was delivered late, which was extremely disappointing given it was for Mother’s Day and timing was the whole point of the purchase.
When the bouquet arrived, it was tiny and looked nothing like what I would expect for the price paid. For $155.95, I expected a premium-looking arrangement that felt special and worth sending. Instead, it looked poor value and very underwhelming.
Late delivery on Mother’s Day is bad enough, but receiving such a small bouquet made the experience even worse. I would not order from this business again and would caution others to think carefully before using them for important occasions.
The worst experience
The worst experience. I received a call a few days late from someone who had received the order I had sent to a friend. When I asked them to send a photo of the order (and the address on it), it was clear that From You Flowers had put the wrong address.
I have since provided clear photographic evidence of the address on my order confirmation 'UNIT 5 / 23-26' and what was sent on the flowers to the wrong person 'UNIT 5 / 2' (address changed for confidentiality).
However and most shockingly, From You Flowers are refusing to provide a refund, despite the fact that they have incorrectly printed the address and thus, the order never made it to my recipient.
Instead, they have offered to resend the order, but the date of delivery has since long passed (it was for a birthday)... and most importantly, it is their error. Would never use again, feels like I am talking to bots.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day and didn't arrive. Spoke to representative and informed I had put in wrong date and would be delivered on another set date. That date has passed too without delivery. Have requested refund and met no resistance to this, but will see if refund occurs.
