I’m 2 weeks away from being at the end of my 3rd month on Freya’s GLP1 and I’ve only lost 6 lbs. when I first signed up I appreciated their text from what seemed like a real person. But maybe it wasn’t. Because when I texted the same person 2 months later asking for help because I wasn’t seeing results I got no response. I also appreciated the syringes and alcohol pads they provided. I didn’t like that when I received my order, it was all melted, water was everywhere which ruined the booklet inside the package. The envelope was just a silver bubble envelope. It wasn’t anything special for delivering a cold drug. I also found out they don’t ever give the maximum dose allowed. Also, the paperwork said don’t be alarmed if the liquid is a little PINK in color because they add vitamin B12. Well all 3 of my vials were dark blood red. So to me that makes me think there is very little of the actual drug semaglutide and a whole lot of vitamin B12.even more so now that I’ve lost very little weight.
I also received emails asking if I needed any guidance. And when I answered the email asking for help, I never received a response. I have already cancelled my next order. I did feel the drug working in the beginning but after the first month as my dosages increased, I felt nothing. Except sometimes I get fuller a little faster. But I have actually gained 1 lb this month. I really don’t eat an enormous amount. Very little takeout. Idk. I’m just very disappointed. That was a waist of ALot of money for me.

From the start they’ve been very attentive, very responsive and easy going! Whenever I’ve had a question, it’s been answered promptly and with lots of advice! Customer service has been 10/10 !
