Fresh Prints is a custom apparel company based in New York City. We've been doing this since 2009, when a few college students figured out how to make great merch without the usual headaches. Today we work with teams and companies worldwide, and the mission hasn't changed: make merch easy, make it good, make you look great doing it.
Here's what we handle so you don't have to. Design, printing, and everything in between: tees, sweatshirts, bottles, and whatever else your team will actually want to wear. No confusing process. No chasing quotes. No merch that ends up forgotten in a drawer.
You get a partner who knows what works and tells you straight. We'll guide you to the right picks, keep things moving, and deliver quality that holds up. That's why teams, schools, and companies keep coming back.
We're also an officially licensed vendor through Affinity Licensing and the Collegiate Licensing Company, so everything's above board and ready to go.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with Freshprints. The original school spirit wear order form failed to collect basic student/classroom information, so parents were later asked to complete a separate form to help Fresh Prints reconcile its own orders. I completed that promptly, yet my son’s order was still not fulfilled when the rest of the school received theirs. His younger sister received her shirt, while he did not, which was especially upsetting for him.
I then had to follow up again to find out what happened and when his order would actually be delivered.
For merchandise that is not inexpensive, parents should not have to spend additional time fixing gaps in the vendor’s ordering process and then chase down missing fulfillment as well. Very poor execution and customer experience.

Pre-Dental Club Quarter Zips with Fresh Prints
The experience working with Fresh Prints was phenomenal. We initiated contact with an intern, and then a professional. Even a zoom was set-up to discuss how we could get our merchandise on time, and to the quality which we preferred. Fresh Prints is an accommodating company, and I will be purchasing again once the opportunity arises. The product was complimented for it's thick material, and clean embroidery. Our club organization made history with receiving the nicest quarter zips made!

All the representatives I worked with were very accommodating and answered timely. Very happy with the service and products we received although I did have some issues hitting MQOs unfortunately.
