Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery, very well packed in sturdy box with inner support, an excellent paint to work with, gives good coverage and the recommended two coats have given a perfect finish to the frame of my swing seat.

Dulux Heritage emulsion and eggshell
We ordered paint on Thursday night and paid £2.50 for next day delivery, to be honest I wasn’t expecting to receive it till Monday, taking into account working days, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up on Saturday morning, yay something to keep my husband busy over the weekend!!
The paint was really well packaged and it was a great price too! Apparently it’s really easy to apply and is well worth the price, it does look beautiful 😍

I purchased a standard Dulux Heritage…
I purchased a standard Dulux Heritage paint colour called Pebble Grey, however ordered 2 tins in error. Returned one, unopened, in the original packaging one month ago. Just received a response advising a refund is not possible due to the standard paint colour offered by Heritage being a pour/mix to order product that cannot be sold to any other customer from Freshlick, very hard to believe, as it’s not bespoke.
After paying the return postage, they are offering to return it back to me for £4.95 p&p.
Other retailers provide a full refund on these standard colours.
Very disappointed and customer experience is not first and foremost.

Quick delivery but the paint is lighter than the original. Not an accurate mix unfortunately. I bought it for touching up a few areas but will need to pain the entire walls now.

Strange Returns Policy
I returned some paint which didn't meet the threshold for their returns policy. It was delivered to them on 1st April (DPD confirmed) and I'm still waiting on them locating the paint (they can't find it) and returning it to me (Farrow and Ball paint doesn't meet their returns policy).
The delay is frustrating, they said it was due to their "high volume of returns"- take from that what you will. Also there is no benefit of buying farrow and ball from Freshlick as you can return it - whereas you can direct from F&B or other retailers.
