Seems like a scam
I kept seeing ads for this company so stupidly ordered some air fresheners as xmas stocking fillers. This was 2 weeks ago, and there have been no updates at all and my order still shows as 'received'. They seem very hard to get in touch with too. I'll be amazed if anyone replies to me or if I ever receive anything from this company as it seems like a scam, especially after reading other reviews.
Paid for items but not received them, be wary
How do these companies keep on getting away with this stuff. Ordered and paid and not received my items. Impossible to get in touch, so disappointed. I just don’t understand why there isn’t any process in place to stop companies taking money off people. This is the second time on the run up to Christmas we’ve ordered and paid for items and have never received them
Great product, fast delivery
I ordered 5 personalised air fresheners. They arrived quickly, they were a great price in the black friday sale and the quality is so good! I wasn't expecting great things as often you find the quality of your photos on personalised items isn't brilliant, but I have been really pleasantly surprised.

My product came and wasn’t satisfied with how its smelt and looked. Emailed customer service team numerous time no response. I have been a loyal customer for a while but the one time their product disappointed I couldn’t get any help. Bad communication.

Ordered the air freshener of my baby’s head and the quality is amazing. Everyone loved them!
Ordered as a birthday gift
Ordered as a birthday gift, didn’t arrive until 10 days after the birthday, ordered it 11 days before the birthday, when it arrived it was creased/ folded and didn’t even smell
Go Elsewhere
Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering. It took two weeks to arrive, I ordered in January which I assume is the quietest time of year.
I was told my item was dispatched on a Friday, actually it didn’t get posted until the following Tuesday after I chased it up.
The quality is okay, I asked for new car smell and it smells more like Bubblegum. They also chopped off half my photograph !
I also paid £3.30 for Royal Mail tracked 24 which somehow took 4 days from the point of posting.
You can get custom air fresheners faster and much cheaper elsewhere. I paid over £18 in total for one very average product.

I made an order for a custom air freshener on 13/12/2024 before reading the TrustPilot reviews. I was a little worried however, a few days ago I received an email advising my ordered had been dispatched. Subsequently I received my order yesterday.
The item itself is perfect. I’m really happy with it.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I ordered in November way before the Christmas cut off date stated on their website. I received no updates on my order, I emailed and asked for a status update, no replies for weeks. This morning they have eventually replied and just cancelled my order?! They were Christmas presents so I am really upset and frustrated.
Terrible customer service. Do not buy from here, you can find cheaper and better places.

Ordered on 9th November, 3-5 business day delivery, it's been 5 weeks, no delivery and same excuse as everyone else has had that it's held up at customs. Awaiting a refund

I’m starting to think this company is a scam. I ordered 6 weeks ago and have now missed the event they were ordered for. They took my money and I’ve had nothing. Customer service are not responding since I asked for a refund and I can’t get my money back. Please be careful with this supplier. A very expensive mistake.

I ordered a single item months in advance of christmas.
Weeks later I emailed and got the same response. "Order will be dispatched in a week". It's now months since my order so will be clawing back the payment via my bank.Don't feel bad for them - they now how to type an email and haven't bothered.

I ordered my air freshener from freshenify on November 9th as a part of my boyfriend’s Christmas present. I expected delayed delivery as the festive period was approaching, however it is now December 14th and I am yet to receive my order, or any information regarding it and its whereabouts. I reached out to customer service and was told it was stuck at customs at castle Donington, and that they would contact me when they had any information - it has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I have since sent follow up emails but have received no response.
I doubt I will receive the parcel period, nevermind on time for Christmas which I think is ridiculous considering I ordered it near 2 months in advance! I have just submitted a dispute with the bank in hopes of getting my money back as £15 for nothing is steep.
Terrible service considering the price point.

Nearly a month since my order with no information on when it’s to be received. Multiple emails to chase and absolute radio silence from them. For the relatively high cost for such simple items, I would avoid this company like the plague.
Complain to trading standards please
It’s seems this batch of goodies is currently stuck at customs. If they’re not lost by Royal Mail or of differing quality to their advertising, then they just downright ignore you.
I have asked for a refund and if this is ignored I will go through my bank, which you are all entitled to do. It’s section 75 of the consumer rights act, if an order is not delivered within 30 days you are entitled to a refund. This is regardless of whether the item is personalised.
I have also written to BBC Moneybox programme and have made a complaint to trading standards via citizens advice. I encourage you all to do the same.
** I also wrote a shortened version of the above on their Instagram and Facebook they blocked me.
*** It seems to me that someone in the comments seems to work for Freshenify and has given a false positive review. She’s responded to a persons complaint from Freshenify’s email, and then has written a review from a customer pov that she was really happy with the product and doesn’t understand why people complain.
*** Trading standards are now investigating. The more people that report it the better and we can shut this down. I’ve been advised by citizens advice to also report it to the police via actionfraud. It’s very quick, and again the more people that report this the better.
