Great service. Polite, helpful, very good communication and all done quickly and without hassle.

The service was excellent - professional and highly organised. Great communication through the whole process, comprehensive documentation detailing the quote, system and guarantees, etc, installed to schedule, completed the install to a high standard the same day. Given a clear explanation of the system by the installer and all the documentation followed for the MCS certificate to allow to sell back to the grid, and EPVS validation. We have been getting excellent energy savings since installed. I highly recommend this company.

From ordering to installation was much faster than I imagined it would be.
The installers were very quick, clean and tidy. And the system was generating as they left, even though it was overcast.
My electricity bill is almost a quarter of what it was, though that may change come winter.
They were very helpful when setting up the feed in tariff too.

Sales team in our area made an honest and effective 'pitch'. Agreed to meeting. John gave an informative explanation and all felt unpressured. Assessment led to a recommended 'set up' and at (to me) a fair price. Prompt installation by competent team who explained everything and did a great job (including clearing up and taking away all rubbish, etc).

Can't fault the installation team quick clean and professional attitude.
Bought through Costco and everything has gone well.
Really pleased with the panels output all certification done.

I ordered a retrofit battery package from Costco (for an existing set of 10 solar panels). We also purchased two additional 2.9kw batteries. The service from Fresh Electrical was excellent and we were fully informed about delivery details and what to expect from the engineers. On the day, the engineers arrived on time and conducted their work efficiently, leaving no mess or disruption. They explained how the system works and set the app up so we can monitor the amount of energy stored / spent at any time. We expected this to be a stressful experience, but it was quite the opposite. Would highly recommend Fresh Electrical.

I ordered my panels and battery through Costco and from the first contact Fresh Electrical were super helpful, explaining the process and advising on what the best options were. The installation team were very respectful to my property and explained how the system worked and the App.

Although very pleased with Nigel the salesman, and the subsequent supply, Fresh Electrical Solutions has turned out to be a typical "take your money and run" type of company. Having secured the sale, it is no longer responsive or customer focussed. Uncaring and

Installation was quick, efficient and tidy. Scaffolding came and was installed quickly by a contractor. Took quite a long time to get rid of it though. Fresh did their best to expedite it, to be fair.

Value for money. Whereas others are charging a lot for the same size PV. Fresh electrical's installation process was fast, efficient and simple. It was a "fresh" approach compared to arcaich PV industry standards.

A couple of months ago I booked Fresh electrical via Costco to supply me with both panels and a battery and am so pleased I chose this company.
Right from our very first contact they were super helpful in both discussing and agreeing my needs.
The install team on the day were superb, friendly, informative and very respectful to my property.

We had an extension built last year and had taken down some of the panels. I couldn't find someone to put them back.
After I emailed Dan, he sorted it out in a few days and we had a battery storage installed as well.

Very good installation

We had a really good response to contact with tech support following an issue with the inverter fitted to our system (which has exceeded our expectation since installation in Feb 2021). This is the first problem we have encountered.

Had a dialogue with Dan which led to being advised that they would send a technician to our home in North Somerset to investigate the issue.

Craig, the technician arrived on time, despite traffic conditions first thing on a Monday morning. He was able to diagnose and sort the problem, and provided helpful feedback on what the issue had been, and how it might be avoided in the future.

So, first time we have needed significant support from Fresh, and we were very happy with the service provided.
