Throughout the process, she was communicative and immediately responsive to our questions. We especially appreciated her honesty about the home we viewed, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of the home, which left us feeling confident enough to make an offer. She introduced us to an excellent English speaking notaire, who we felt really safe with, and she made buying our new home a smooth, stress free experience. We really appreciated her proactiveness throughout the process, and we sincerely thank her for her reliable support, since we were unfamiliar with the whole timeline of purchasing in France, utility hookups etc. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deborah to any prospective home buyer or seller.

Hello A, we were quite surprised to see your latest review as it is largely the same as the one you posted in October 2025 and we did reply to your points by email exchange at that time. Your property has not been marketed with us since that time, some 3 months - since the point when you cancelled your listing with us and placed the property on the portal you mention. We do hope that your own marketing of the property is going well and wish you much luck with finding a buyer.
Would def avoid to work with them a next time.
I would avoid to work with them a next time. Depends on the local agent I guess, but our experience was bad. Not supplying enough information about the house, incorrect information, wrong procedures. The information in the selling text was totally inaccurate. Some agents are impatient, not communicating well, not helpful in the searching process. No wonder some houses don't sell.
If you really want the house they are offering, it can be difficult. It's normal that house have hidden issues, but at least supply a client with the full, correct information in time and not vague answers. Having to buy a house with them has at the end cost us a lot of extra money. I would never let them sell my house.

Expérience extrêmement décevante
Expérience extrêmement décevante, lors d’un projet d’achat à Corneilhan. On m'a assuré que des points de non-conformité critiques avaient été corrigés, mais lors de la signature du compromis, aucune facture n'a pu être produite pour justifier les travaux. De plus, l’agence a ignoré mes demandes de transparence et de présence en déplaçant les rendez-vous de contrôle sans m'en informer, m'en excluant de fait malgré mes demandes. Face à ce manque de considération et de justificatifs, inspirant tout sauf de la confiance j’ai exercé mon droit de rétractation. Prudence si vous attendez un respect rigoureux du cadre légal français.
Mise à jour après échanges avec le service client :
Un bel exercice de double discours et de mépris du service client cachée derrière une courtoisie de façade. Après avoir reconnu leurs torts par écrit suite à mon premier avis pour calmer le jeu et tenter de sauver la face publiquement, l’agence change subitement de visage dès qu’il s’agit d’assumer financièrement. On m'indique aujourd'hui qu'aucun geste ne sera fait, tout en m'invitant à monter moi-même un dossier à leur place pour une issue plus qu'incertaine: une méthode de découragement grossière et un manque de loyauté flagrant.
Heureusement pour moi, j'avais déjà fait preuve de lucidité en me rétractant du compromis.
Si vous cherchez des professionnels qui assument leurs erreurs plutôt que de vous faire perdre votre temps et votre argent, fuyez!

The necessary research about a…
The necessary research about a longstanding servitude attached to the property was not carried out and wrong information was given, which we have had to try to sort out. Head Office refuses to answer the phone or respond to emails even when a formal complaint is lodged. Weeks and months go by without any response or even acknowledgment. Nothing. We consider this approach to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful, and we would not use this agency again either to sell or to buy from. We would advise anyone to avoid as well.
