I am not impressed with this watch. Yes I know I only paid for shipping, but it is less than I expected. The settings in the app are so limited. The app has a lot to be redone. It is more complicated to see the recorded data. I wanted a tracker for steps, sleep, calories burned, heart rate, water intake. The battery has only last just over 1 day before shutting off without warning
I don't care about the running or situps. I will be using my Fitbit again

Great watch, but the guy that did the video could have did a better job.. it was very confusing and it sounded like he didn't know what he was talking about..

I was sceptical at first when I seen Free Health Watch. I ordered it and i received it faster than I thought. It was a little difficult to Work but I figured it out. The only thing is that the lighting on the display is dem and the screen shuts off quickly when viewing. Everything else is great! 😊

They sent me a replacement and finally got the watch after lossing the first sent watch in the mail. I had a hard time charging it at first and after attempting many times it finally worked. Watch is working great and sync to my apple phone . Battery works great too it’s been 3 days already that battery hasn’t died yet. Thanks so much for the replacement.

GOT MY WATCH AND FIRST HAD TO CHARGE BUT IT WOUDN'T, THEN IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY ACTIVITY NOR ANY REMEDY.

My watch arrived sooner than I had expected. At first I did not know how it worked - couldn't read the tiny print on the instructions. Sent several emails and Andreas was very helpful and explained everything very well.

Was dubious about the whole concept of these free smartwatches but boy was I proved wrong. My two watches duly arrived and are in everyday use with no issues at all. Thoroughly recommend

I ordered 4 watches everyone loves them...only down side I have is I paid for express shipping(5-9 days) and didn't receive them until 4 days after the 9th day

I received my first watch and it didn't hold its charge. I contacted customer service and Andreah was incredibly helpful. She sent me a replacement watch. I haven't received it yet so I'll see how this one holds the charge. So far I haven't had much experience with the watch but Andreah, their customer service rep. is awesome.

With regards to your company, Andreah and Amanda have been excellent Representatives and have answered and taken care of in writing all of the concerns that I have had. They are both very sincere and efficient, assets to your company! When I do get the product and use it which I am excited to receive and do, I will write a review on the product as well. Amanda, upgraded me to the two free watches which I asked for because they were the same cost and that was $0. I did buy one charger for the wall even though I have a spare one and paid for it. So my overall cost did not change as promised. They got me the tracking info which I requested without question and looking forward to it, the product I mean..
But so far everything has been smooth and that's good business. In addition, the two reps that I mentioned at the beginning were very pleasant to deal with. I hope you both have a great weekend and stay safe. Larry

This watch is a joke. Battery did not stay charged. Watch did not work properly. Never got to use it. Do not buy.

I ordered 2 watches but, unfortunately, only one arrived. Contacted customer services and Andreah immediately re-ordered and sent me the second watch - great customer service - thank you Andreah.

I received everything I ordered in the timeframe that was promised to me. At first I could not get the Snmartwatch charged. I contacted them (via email) and was surprised at the quick response by Andreah. I ordered a second wristband but it did not arrived with the watch. Emailed them and a few days later it was here. She told me what to do and everything is fine now. Watch is working as promised and have all the features I wanted. I have to say that I have not had good customer service like this for a long time. Well done Andreah.

I received my band a week or so ago Sorry I don’t remember ordering it or the watch I ordered it for. I didn’t receive any information on how to attach it to my watch. Could you help me with what watches the band fits and how to attach it to my watch.

I definitely love my new watch it work perfectly and the most important if you havea question they answer and respond with so much respect. Thank you very much for all the help and for the great watch

IT'S VERY LIGHTWEIGHT & I WAS LOOKING FOR THAT. IT'S VERY AFFORDABLE. IT HAS MANY FUNCTIONS. I AM VERY HAPPY I ORDERED IT. IT'S EASY TO CHARGE.

Nothing was ever said about the app that allows this watch to work, the app doesn't work properly judging by all the negative feedback it has received. What good is a watch that requires an app to be able to get all of the functions to work when the app doesn't work! Might be a good idea to get the app working properly before anymore watches are sold!! I intend to post this same review on the Facebook page where they're being sold to warn people about this before they waste $15.00 of their hard earned money on a useless piece of crap!
