Freedom Gold USA Anmeldelser

I had an extremely positive experience working with Freedom Gold USA and with my contact there, Thomas. One phone call to discuss pricing and procedures, then another to complete my order which arrived promptly. The order was exactly as had been discussed and arrived in a very expedient manner.

Great experience with Freedom Gold agent/representative. He gave me detailed information to get started and told me to give him a call if I had additional questions. When I made the purchase, he sent valuable information to be aware of concerning scams, fraud, hackers, and how they operate. I was so encouraging to correspond with a business that was not only interested in doing business, but also in my protection and well being. So I am very grateful for their service.

This is my first experience making this type of purchase and also my first experience dealing with Freedom Gold USA. I was initially intimidated, but all of the information that I received was helpful, honest, and assisted me with the decisions I was about to make. All the pricing was explained. My choices were clearly listed and explained the benefits of each and everyone. I was never pressured to make a decision and given my own leeway to process and ask questions as they came to me. I received my investment as it was promised, and as a result, I’m considering making an additional purchase. I just wanted to give them a heads up that I really appreciated the service. I got especially being a novice in this kind of marketplace. The service was awesome. I trust the information that they gave me and after watching my son invest in other things I believe that the value is also representative for what I spent. Thanks for accepting my review.

A really smooth experience. I never felt pressured/ They answered every question and made sure I understood what I was doing. Everything was straight forward and professional. I'd deginitely use them again.

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Freedom Gold USA! They were not pushy, very transparent with information, and genuinely courteous. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future

Review:
I had a great experience working with Freedom Gold USA. The service and responsiveness were excellent throughout the process. Thomas was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. What stood out the most was how comfortable and smooth the entire interaction felt—it truly didn’t feel like it was my first time doing business with them. I appreciate the professionalism and support, and I would definitely recommend Freedom Gold USA to others.

Thomas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he spent a lot of time educating us. We very much appreciated his service.

Trust. Highly recommend the knowledge, education and care that I received from Thomas Sullivan. Freedom Gold is top class. Ethical value and superior service distinguish them from my experience. It's important to me also to support a company that loves our country and citizens too. I am grateful to Thomas and Freedom Gold.

Freedom Gold Excellent Choice

We had never bought precious metals till now. But Thomas Sullivan, with Freedom Gold USA, guided us through the process and everything went smoothly.

My trust in mankind has been restored today. I am an elderly lady and I'm trying to find information about how to sell some silver bars (an unexpected expense requires some cash). I have dealt with rude people and no help from the several calls. And then, a gentleman from Freedom Gold answered my questions, offered advice and guided my search to a reputable local business who will be able to help me. I cannot express how relieved and appreciative I am! Here is a heartfelt "Thank You"!

Professional Service. They exceeded my expectations.

Tomas and Brian are very professional I'm just a blue collar truck driver and they made me feel very important. Very professional customer service all my questions were answered and they made themselves available in a patient attitude to inform me about the investment I will continue to do business with Freedom Gold usa

My experience with Freedom Gold was deserving of a 5-star rating primarily because they understood the importance of a quick delivery of my order placed. They exceeded my expectations by delivering my order 5 business days ahead of the 7-10 business days initially quoted. This was mainly accomplished my excellent communication and listening to my needs and making themselves available either by phone or email. The two individuals providing this excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is Brian Bracken (Sales) and Thomas Sullivan (Operations). Lastly their commission is extremely reasonable in comparison to other metal dealers.

I spoke with Freedom Gold USA & I connected with Tom Sullivan. He explained clearly what bullion, semi-bullion, spot prices & service prices are. He is informative and truthful. I was educated about how precious metal prices fluctuate, how much of your portfolio to invest in metals, etc. He is dynamic.

My father worked with Paul Cox years ago, and now that he is at Freedom Gold I am continuing that relationship. Paul has great knowledge of both Gold and Financial Markets and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
