Freedom Destinations Anmeldelser

New to this company .
Kate Rep was welcoming and knowledgeable about the country we wished to visit and worked very hard to assist with our plan making several changes to our itinerary to bring all our ideas together to plan for our trip in 2027
Typed up itinerary to include all trips travel plans accommodation flights transfers and came back efficiently with a trip within our budget .
Understood need for comparisons with other companies and waited for us to reach our decision without any pressure

This review is purely for booking only, we have yet to take the trip. I found this company very approachable, call answered extremely quickly, direct to the person for the area you wanted to travel. Very knowledgeable, they listened to your needs and created a trip perfectly as I imagined it. They keep you informed along the way and they do what they say they will do. We dealt with Karen, Africa specialist, loved talking to her, felt safe in her hands.

James very quickly came up with a detailed itinerary and quote and was happy to make changes and provide further info. So, we feel confident to book the holiday. We'll come up with another review after we get back!

I was impressed with Jazzmin, Asia specialist
Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly
From the first call, I knew I would be booking with her.
We are now fully booked and looking forward to it

Thanks Ingrid and everyone else that was involved sorting it out

This is the 3rd occasion we have used this company and have never been disappointed. Any minor niggles get sorted and even more major concerns are dealt with efficiently

Efficiency

This is our third time of booking with Freedom Destinations.
You phone them with an idea and before you know it, they have a plan for a fabulous holiday in place.
Alice was so enthusiastic and helpful. Gave me great ideas. Told me some of mine were slightly over ambitious 😊 in a lovely way.
Emails and calls are almost instantaneous. I feel very reassured by the knowledge of the staff involved with the planning process.
I can highly recommend this company

Second time i've used this company. Staff are very knowledgeable & friendly. Easy booking process.

Staff all extremely knowledgable and helpful

Approached Freedom Destinations to organise a trip to New Zealand. We were talked through options, pricing and how to custom make our plans. Staff were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way and nothing was a trouble to them. We were booked up in no time and were sent lots of links for additional information and confirmation of flights, motorhome hire etc the same day. We are not familiar with long haul travel and they took so much time with us to ensure they understood our needs. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used Freedom Destinations twice now for my around the world trip and my Canada road trip and both times they have been very professional and helpful. Always friendly and are very knowledgeable about any holiday destination.

My travel consultant was able to pull together my trip in no time....it was a bucket list trip....

Friendly and very reliable, consistently so

This is the second time we've used Freedom Destinations and the booking process and the service we received was first class. Would definitely recommend.

It was so easy and straightforward. Thank you

I have been most impressed with the service I have received during the organising and booking of our holiday. I have obtained information from Byrony, Mei and Russell all of whom have been extremely helpful and accommodated our wishes.
Everything has flowed very smoothly so far. I will most certainly recommend them.
