Excellent experience with mortgage agent, Katie Riccio! We were in the market for a new 5 year term mortgage and was being offered above market by current lender. I received a referral from Union Savings for Frank’s Mortgages and so I reached out. Katie explained the application process, kept in touch with us along the way with quick responses, and took the time to explain anything in layman’s terms for us. My husband and I have already recommended Katie to our families and friends. She is great to work with and am grateful for her ease and patience in getting us a fantastic rate!

Even when he was away for a few days, his colleague Randheer Wara stepped in seamlessly and ensured I continued to receive the same high level of service. Both of them provided exceptional support and made me feel confident that I was working with a reliable and professional team.
