As par the company email I sent the item back thru royal mail and the charge £7.65 so total I spent £90 + 7.65 =£97.65 for fack item still i not get it any replies from the company said I sent it back on last Monday 25/9/2023 and today is 28/9/2023.

I sent and email to this compan. Quoting my order number on the 14th of August. I then got and automatic reply saying they would contact me within 48 hrs. So I should of had a reply Wednesday…. Nothing it’s now Friday…..nothing.

So by the time I do get a reply I Won’t be able to return the item that I bought. As it doesn’t smell of anything.

doesn’t smell anything like the original Jo Malone, inconsistent fragrance from previous one purchased and no reply to messages sent asking what’s going on. Better to purchase from Aldi at least you know it’s fake, very poor and dissatisfied service this time. Will wait for a reply on here as they don’t seem to on their own website!

I ordered perfumes thinking it was the real thing as the website shows perfumes in original bottles but it comes in a cheap bottle with a white sticker on it and no box and the smell differs. The bottles came leaked
These products are clearly fake.

I have returned the products but they've not returned my money neither replied to my email. Other customers reviews shows that this is a SCAM company.
