Great range at fair prices with helpful customer support. I started my fragrance exploration journey just recently with FragranceSamples and already have an additional shopping cart lined up with more I’m interested in.
The little lightweight spray bottles are handy for travel while offering a nice way to keep on me to reapply during the day.

I have used this company a few times now to get samples of expensive perfumes that I would like to trial on my skin before spending hundreds of dollars on a full size bottle. Also I like to have a few different scents to choose from at once and this is the perfect way to do that. Having tried the real thing once or twice I can vouch for the fact that the decanted samples are genuine and the customer service from these people is exemplary. The samples always arrive well packaged, ie., no leaks and the atomisers on the sample bottles have never failed. They are a perfect size to throw in my handbag so that I have some decadent scent on hand at all times. Have recommended this company to all my workmates and friends and will continue to use going forward.

Very happy this is my second purchase of the same scent by Byredo Open Sky, which is discontinued, but these guys seem to have it, which is always a treat to know. I also got a Mojave Ghost and I think a cheeky little bonus one from Diptyque which has a coconut base and clean scent I’d say they’ve read my previous orders and know what I like. Shows good customer service which I appreciate. Will defs be looking for another scent through this team. Cheers

This is my second time purchasing from Fragrance Samples and so happy to have my favourite discontinued fragrance available to purchase. Purchasing the last of it, Karl made a recommendation, which I ended up loving. A great experience on both occasions. Such quick responses. He very clearly has a passion for fine fragrances and taking care of fellow fanatics. Will purchase again - bring back Sunshine Man though please :-)

I first ordered a few samples of PDM but couldn't help but notice they smelt quite strange. Without smelling these fragrances previously I assumed this is how they smelt. Moving on roughly 12 months later I received a message from this company informing me of a bad batch of plastic bottles/atomizers that was releasing a funky smell which would explain my confusion as to why the fragrances had a strange smell. I can't thank this company enough for getting in touch with me and being extremely proactive and compensating for my previous negative experience. Communication has been exceptional and since receiving new samples from them this week I can say the fragrances smell amazing and no longer have any issues. Great experience, top quality products and exceptional customer service, highly recommend to anyone looking for fragrance samples.

I’ve been buying off Fragrance Samples for over a year now and only had great experiences. I’m into the Tom Ford fragrances and the woody/spicey stuff and it’s a great way to have some variety in your routine without needing to spend thousands of dollars. It’s also great to try things out and get an idea of what you might like to buy in a larger size. Postage is always super fast, everything is package thoughtfully, and the occasions I’ve had to make contact with Admin, they’ve always been kind and helpful, even sending free samples. I should add the longevity of the fragrances I’ve purchased have been excellent.

Be extremely wary of this seller and the recent influx of suspicious 5-star reviews(same day). My experience was a nightmare. I spent over $200 on fragrance samples that arrived in cheap, flimsy packaging. Several had leaked, and the bottles had a disgusting, fishy smell.
The seller was incredibly rude and refused to help. I only received a refund because I opened a PayPal dispute. Even then, I was forced to pay for the return shipping myself, leading to a huge waste of time and money.
Now, the seller is emailing me offering 'compensation' to delete this review while simultaneously gaslighting me by blaming another website and it’s probably not his. I have reported these 'hush money' tactics and the fake-looking reviews to Trustpilot. Do not trust the recent high ratings, this is a dishonest business.

Great concept! Saves me travelling with my full bottles on trips. About 40 spritz’s in each decant, would definitely buy again :)

Nothing but quality! Particularly enjoy the long lasting woody fragrances. Great way to test a fragrance before buying a whole bottle.

The decants are perfect to keep in the pocket on a date, inconspicuous and constant compliments. Saves me spraying my full bottle at home and hoping it lasts. Great for top ups.

I've long been on the hunt for my favourite scent at an affordable price. I compared decanting sites globally and found fragrancesamples.com.au having the best price, so much so that i bought double the quantity! Shipping was incredibly fast. Very happy customer - Will gladly shop here again :)

I wasn’t happy with the juice I received. Didnt look like original or smell right.
The seller offered a refund and went on to provide pics and batch codes of the original bottles and do everything possible to resolve my issue and prove legitimacy of the product.
Maybe the original juice was old or impacted by heat or plastic bottles during transit or something.
Cannot fault the sellers efforts to resolve.

Ordered 8 decant samples from them and all were 100% legit. Great experience overall- contrary to some reviews, everything I received was authentic and well-packaged.

I wish I could give this company a lower rating. Knowing now that this is a massive scam, do not believe any of the positive reviews- they’ve clearly been fabricated and unfortunately I believed them. I ordered an MFK sample and what I received smelled like musty fish. They also sent a “complimentary” sample of another MFK line and that smelled like sewerage. I have a paper sample from Mecca to compare and it’s clear that it’s not remotely close to the actual product.
