Extremely Disappointing Experience – Zero Accountability for Damaged Product

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fragrance Nevaeh. I ordered a fragrance that arrived completely damaged, and despite providing clear photographic and video evidence, the company has taken absolutely zero accountability for resolving the situation.

Instead of issuing a refund or replacement for a product that arrived broken, they have repeatedly shifted responsibility to the shipping company and their insurance provider. They have acknowledged that the fragrance arrived damaged and are not disputing the evidence, yet I still have not received a refund.

Now, I am being told I must wait up to an additional 10 days for an insurance claim to be processed. Why should a paying customer have to wait for a business to recover money from its shipping insurance when the damage was completely outside the customer’s control?

I have repeatedly asked why they cannot simply refund me directly and handle the insurance claim separately, as many reputable businesses do. Instead, I continue receiving repetitive explanations about their insurance process rather than direct answers to my concerns.

Even more concerning, I have asked what happens if the insurance claim is denied. Will I simply be left with a broken fragrance and no refund? So far, I have not received a clear resolution.

For a company of this size, I expected significantly better customer service and accountability. Customers should not be forced to deal with a company’s internal insurance procedures just to receive the undamaged merchandise they paid for.

As of writing this review, I have received no refund, no replacement, and no satisfactory resolution.

I would strongly encourage potential customers to consider how this company handles damaged orders before purchasing. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Pre ordered gissah imperial valley waited about a month. Cologne arrives was excited just until I find out it’s fake smh. Never ordering from here again.

Placed two orders for the same item on Sunday of the Labor Day holiday weekend and once I saw that the second one had completed successfully, I promptly asked F-N customer service to please cancel the first pending order.

I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee.

Now I will have to initiate a disputed charge with my credit card issuer and aid their inquiry with documentation. What a hassle.

Best to avoid Fragrance-Neveah and instead go purchase from sellers who do not try to exploit customers with predatory business practices.

I do not know how they have such great reviews. I am currently disputing a cancelation with fragerance nevaeh. I tried to purchase a Creed Viking cologne from them using klarna. After 10 days they still had not shipped. I checked their site and it said they had 3 of the Viking colognes left. If that was the case why hadn't they shipped. I decided to cancel the order. They replied via email saying they were canceling the order and a refund would be issued to the card on file. The card used to make the purchase belonged to klarna. Several days later they still had not issued a refund. A month passed and they still had not issued a refund. So klarna is trying to force me to pay the entire $150 purchase. I'm guessing, because fragerance nevaeh won't give them their money back. They also never shipped the Creed Viking!

I removed the part of my review about the comments being turned off after reading Nevaehs response. I did find another Nevaeh page on TikTok and the comments are on. If it is the legit Nevaeh IDK but i will give the benefit of the doubt. I only found out about Nevaeh on TikTok via an ad. The link brought me to their site. But I did not make the purchase at that time. As TikTok, before Oracle took them over, had a lot of ads tidy took you to scam websites. I typed the name personally into the Google search. I am sure it is the correct website. I only visited the site twice. Once to place the order and than again to check the item to see if it was still in stock. Because it was taking way to long to ship. But I am sure it was the correct site because that fraudulent websites notification prompt would pop up.
I did find a site with the same name, but it says 'shop' in the name. And it shows up further down in the search results. Plus that site layout did not look familiar. Unfortunately Klarna is not being helpful. So there is not a lot of details I can see from their app about this purchase. I do have emails from Nevaeh confirming the order cancelation, order number, etc. But I can not post documentation here.

I Feel that I need to make this review since these are things that happen and sometimes the company has o control over.
I ordered a pre-order item from their website. Normally, if you order a pre-order product, they say specifically how much time it takes before it reaches their warehouse. I have done this before as I have had five purchases from their company before and all were trouble free. Some of them even came well before the time table provided to me. Well, this time, I ordered mine April 30. After two weeks I emailed them to get an update. They said the shipper promised it to arrive in two weeks. After two weeks, I emailed again. They promptly answered back and said that it still hasn't arrived and we will get an update as soon as they get word. After a week I received a group email saying that the pre-order that ordered from them got damaged at the airport and is being investigated. And probably they were as disappointed as I am. Anyways, a few days later I saw that they were advertising the same item in retail form (original Box), but not a tester (which was what I ordered). I emailed them to ask if I can just pay for the difference and buy the retail instead. So, they gave me a link and I paid the same day. The following day I saw that the product is already being shipped to me and a few days later I received the package. I was giddy as a school boy when I opened the package and the box. However, when I sprayed it in the air i smelled nothing but alcohol. I sprayed two sprays on my wrist to test if what I smelled was fluke. But it smelled nothing again but alcohol.
So I emailed them right away to tell them what had just happened. I got a response from one of the owners and told me it was probably affected by the transport and told me to give it about two weeks and try it again. So I waited patiently for two weeks. Well, yesterday after storing it in my cool dark place, I sprayed it again. It smelled like alcohol. After that the smell was gone in less than a minute.
So, I finally contacted them and told them what had transpired. The next day I received a return label, and quote for the refund, and thanked me for being patient and for waiting for two weeks before finally returning them. Today, I sent the package with the return label to the UPS Store.
Some occurrences happen that are beyond the control of the business owner. They created a business because they are passionate about what they do, just like hobbyists like me who spend ridiculous amounts of money to buy "smelly water" to smell good and feel confident. My point is- I commend them for their integrity and taking time to manage the situation in the most professional way possible. At no time did I feel that I would get scammed. As I have said, I have had five transactions with them so far and I have never had any problematic purchases from there until this one. I will continue to patronize them because of my hstory with them and because they handled my situation in the most fair way possible.

If I could give 0 stars it would be a more fitting rating for my experience. Fragrance Nevaeh formally known as Mr Fragrance was the worst online experience I have ever had. Made my purchase of Creed perfume 5/22/26 at this time I received nothing.
They refused to refund funds, although they have promised refund within 48 hours at least 4 times in our communication. They also promised an alternative perfume that I have yet to receive. Save yourself the grief of losing your money, the lies and false promises just shop at the retailers. Now if I want Creed I shop at the Creed website, and I have no problems at all receiving my purchase.

Addendum: Fragrance Nevaeh-? Not Mr Fragrance However, you responded to an email tread between myself and Mr. Fragrance recently concerning the matter above. I wonder how idid that happened?

Fragrance Nevaeh has amazing customer service, extremely fast shipping, and usually the lowest prices you can find. Top notch fragrance discounter and I will be a life long customer.

The fragrance arrived 4 weeks overdue.

The fragrance leaked such that we received only 60ml instead of 100ml. The fragrance bottle still leaks.
Anya at "customer service" has responed 4 times now and each time, there is no apology, just hiding behind "international carriage", no response to my questions about insurance, which I paid a premium for (for what?). There appears to be no conscience, care or "customer service". I will NEVER purchase anything from these peopel and neither should you. Dreadful expeirnece in what was a special Xmas gift for my son that appears 4 weeks after Xmas, and 60% of the product. Just awful.

These guys are the best! Sometimes it can be hard to get what you want but their prices are unbeatable. I think I’m at over 10x orders with them at this point and they’ve had great customer service. Two packages went missing and they were quick to help out and get me refunded with no hassle.

I was sent an email from Fragrance Nevaeh letting me know Speed Legends was now available. I placed an order which said to please allow 2 to 4 business days to process. AFTER A MONTH of not receiving my order I ask for a refund and was charged 5% for canceling. On an order you said was in stock knowing good and well you did not have Speed Legends when you sent me that email. So please be careful on ordering pre-orders. If you pay upfront and they do not receive the product you are charged 5%. THATS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. The email I received on Oct 10, 2025 Also read click and buy now and grab yours before it goes out of stock again. So I assume with that email you sent me, I would be receiving within a week not a month. Don't send your customers emails if your not receiving the product. Thanks I'll take my business to Venba or Olfactory

Great overall experience, I needed some caps for my creed fragrances and recieved within 4 days

Customer service is amazing, one item was delayed and the owner communicated his with me directly. Because of the delay they also gave me a few decant and samples with my order. Packing was great too. They also have some of the best prices!

This was my first time ordering from Fragrance Navaeh and since it was an expensive fragrance I was a little nervous at first. I preordered Penhaligon’s Cairo and about a week later it came back in stock. Within 12 hours I got my tracking info and they shipped it right out.

I didn’t even pay for faster shipping but it still showed up in just two business days which was awesome. Most fragrance sites take a week or two so I was really impressed. The packaging was super secure and everything arrived in perfect shape. The box looked great, the bottle was flawless, and the scent was exactly what I expected. I even checked the batch codes and everything matched up perfectly. It’s 100% authentic.

Their customer service was just as good. I had a couple of questions about other bottles I was interested in and they responded really quickly. It honestly felt like talking to a small local shop that actually cares about what they do.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Fragrance Navaeh is reliable, fast, and completely trustworthy. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Where should I start? Well first after I ordered it took 6weeks for it to arrive. I needed it for a funeral, and asked if I could have it shipped fast. So I just used some old cologne I had, so finally when it arrived the box with the fragrance in it was mangled, like a dog chewed on it. Really they must have dogs in their warehouse, cause this box was chewed up. Now allow me to get to my real problem...

The late delivery, the box chewed that I could write off, but not this. The bottle was missing almost a third, I thought it must of spilled, but no, I couldn't smell anything. Just because I wanted to smell the fragrance, i sprayed it. It smelled like the dog pissed on it too. Needless to say I asked for a refund, and sent it back... What did they say... We can't except this and said they would send it back, well another 6 weeks.... Nothing. I was just gonna trash the piss water anyway, but for the point... Where did it go? This happened a little bit ago, and only now after having a dream about the mailman going pee on my mail did I decide to post. My therapist said Im regressing anger towards them. In a way I kinda wondered after reading their reviews... Where are all the 2,3,4 star reviews. Whenever I read reviews on big companies, the reviews are scattered.. naturally 5 and 1 get most, but all? I mean this company is either the best company with a few horror stories(would also be weird) or there is a shark in the pond. Now I've heard, speaking in generalities here, that there is companies that buy fake reviews. I'm definitely not saying what's going on here, because I know a company with this record of 5 star reviews wouldn't need to do that. But I've heard that happens. They pay for reviews, and they are all prewritten ads essentially with 5 stats.. but they never think to put mundane reviews, the ones that most people write. They only write 100%positive ones! So those are some experiences I had. Maybe someday the piss water will return, and be full and smelling great. Because it was a $400 bottle
