Really impressed with the speed and quality of the service from Frabco. I don't usually leave reviews but I ordered a Playmobil set as a Christmas present for our son on Sunday evening - a set which I suspect may be discontinued as I couldn't find stocked elsewhere, but Google suggested Frabco as a retailer and it was in stock and reasonably priced. Having never heard of them before I was a little hesitant, but online reviews looked reasonable so I decided to go ahead and order. Tuesday afternoon, it arrived, very well packaged too. I received several order updates throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.
It's nice to see that there are independent retailers that can offer the same (if not better!) level of online shopping experience that you would usually only expect from larger, mainstream retailers. The Am*zon order, I placed at the same time hasn't arrived yet... ;-)

Deer purchase
Received my purchase earlier than expected and was very happy. Only issue was after I paid fir it online they came back and said there would be additional shipping costs was not happy about that. I had to pay $18.00 over the price I had already paid when I ordered it. Otherwise I was happy with the product and how quickly it arrived.

Thanks for coming back to us. We are based in the UK and our store is primarily for UK customers. We do still offer overseas shipping service to customers who wish to shop with us. As you are in the USA, we had to use DHL Express for delivery of your order. The price for delivery to the US is estimated and we have to manually enter the weight and size into DHL Express bookings system. We emailed you and said that we could ship your order but the shipping was a little extra, which you replied and agreed to cover. I am glad the item arrived with you so fast. Thanks again for your feedback.
Late delivery and expensive return
Ordered a Christmas tree stand and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Unfortunately it took four days to arrive so I sourced an alternative elsewhere. A call (left a voicemail before late delivery) and message (online contact form) went unanswered. I took late delivery then initiated a refund via the website (which was swiftly actioned). Unfortunately no offer of refunding return postage so I’m stuck with a 15kg tree base and a hefty return delivery fee.

Sorry you had this issue and thanks for your feedback. We supply full tracking details with every order. you didn't select next day shipping so your item was sent using a standard tracked service. Tracking was available and the item was on its way, meanwhile you purchased the alternative. You still accepted the delivery of Frabco order 8158.
As with all On-line stores, even Amazon, because you purchased another item and you don't want the original item you purchased, it is considered as a change of mind, no longer wanted or needed.
The return cost should be covered by the customer.
The Krinner tree stand doesn't weigh 15kg. It is around 8kg. You can use our courier service at send.dhlparcel.com for a competitive low cost tracked return.

Very Happy with the Service from Frabco
All went without a hitch, and the delivery time was very fast. Also very happy with our purchase, a Dimplex "speaker stand" ceramic heater, which was quite difficult to find at other popular suppliers.

No response and order not shipped
I ordered last week and after ordering was advised they needed more money for shipping. I reluctantly agreed to pay the money and never heard from them again and the product has still not been shipped. I am so disappointed in this company as this is my first order and they just don’t respond. I sent 4 emails and no acknowledgment. Not happy.

As a UK company, we generally ship to the UK only. Your address is in the USA. We can ship to the US but it does require additional postage. We did reply, with an invoice, to your message agreeing to pay extra postage but we didn't receive your payment.
Further to my earlier review
Further to my earlier review. Do not use this company. Spent £50 and DHL have lost my goods. Tried numerous times to contact Frabco and they refuse to answer. Multiple messages sent and phone calls leaving messages are not answered.
