Ik heb geld gestort bij Foxy Gold Casino en na het winnen van een bedrag, vroeg ik een uitbetaling aan. Tot mijn verbazing heeft het casino mijn winst niet uit betaald.

Het lijkt erop dat dit casino onbetrouwbaar is en ik ben bang dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben. Ik raad iedereen aan voorzichtig te zijn bij het spelen bij Foxy Gold Casino,
Het casino heeft echter mijn account vervijderd en reageert niet op mijn berichten.

Precies hetzelfde hier....eerste withdraw betalen ze...daarna niks meer. 1700 moesten ze uitbetalen. Helemaal niks betalen ze. Zogenaamd zijn ze bezig mijn deposits te checken of dat wel juist is. Haha. Storten is geen probleem maar uitbetalen verzinnen ze van alles. Wacht al een week

I don't understand all these negative reviews. My documents were approved within a day and also in one time, and my payout was in my bankaccount within 4 hours on a Sunday. It was a withdrawal of 3K.

Deposits and withdrawals both have been smooth for me. It pays out in a couple of days I believe and the site is pretty clean. I always find my way around here so the games are easy to find. Live chat is quick too but I would love if they can introduce faster cashouts for VIP players or something.

Geld gestort en een bonus gekregen waar ik niet om heb gevraagd. Deze heb ik uiteindelijk helemaal rond gespeel 35x wagering. Opname aangevraagd en afgewezen omdat er niet meer als 5 EUR of USD wagering bonus per bet gedaan mag worden. Ipv mijn originele storting terug te geven ( eigen inleg ) de bonus jog een keer gekregen. Verschillende keren om mijn eigen geld zonder winst uit te keren zodat ik kan stoppen bij dit casino. Maar niet mogelijk. Hele slechte ervaring mee en zijn alleen uit op je geld. Niet gokken hier mensen!

I really like the sports section because it has Esports like Fifa on it too. I have been watching e-Fifa for a long time and wanted to put my skills to the test. I can now make money from all those wasted hours of playing videogames on my phone.

I deposited £30 a few days ago, it left my bank account but didn't go into the casino account. You can't take screen shot of your banking with barclays. I've given all other relevant information. It clearly states I deposited 30 at 17:52 which states paid then at 17:57 says declined which of course no one can see apparently. They can clearly see I haven't used it and they've had the payment but will they put it into my casino account, hell no. They are choosing to ignore me now and not once have I had an apology. I play regularly and in all fairness have never had a complaint till now and then get treated like this. Told them to keep the 30 but will never use them again.
Update.
This is what I've received with no mention of the missing money or an apology. Great customer service.

Geld kan je storten terug hallen is heel moeilijk zal hier nooit gokken dit is echt weg gegooid geld en ga hier ook aangifte voor doen oplichter

€100 bonus was given as a deposit was made. I wagered the bonus x35 as per their terms and conditions (i made sure to read the t&cs before playing, including the long list of excluded games). After the wagering was completed, I had €900 to withdraw. I withdrew €800 and left €100 to continue playing with. My withdrawal has been revoked as they are claiming that I made over the maximum €5 bet, which isn't the case during the wagering, the bet over €5 was made after the withdrawal had already been requested. I have asked for this to be resolved. I will update to a 5* if and when this issue is resolved.

Update: had several emails from multiple agents stating that I was still using bonus funds when the bet was placed. This was definitely not the case. One email claimed that I hadn't completed the wagering requirements, again not the case. The winnings had moved from bonus funds to withdrawable funds. The agent said it was in the t&cs that it was still bonus funds being used - i have re-read the t&cs again today, and pointed out to the agent that this was not stated anywhere in their t&cs, they have not responded to that part of the email.
