I have waited over a week to receive my withdrawal and still nothing. Every time I contact they ask me to wait a further 2/3 working days.

They will not provide me with the arm number to contact my bank. They have the brass neck to say it’s been declined by my bank although already speaking with my bank they cannot see any transaction come through.

There customer agents are rude and don’t have a clue what they are doing. I can go on the online chat and get told one thing, go on the Facebook chat and get told the complete opposite within a matter of minutes.

I highly doubt I will ever get this withdrawal.

Joined on the 28th January, deposited and won just over £100, made a withdrawal request and my account was frozen pending document verification. The wagering requirement is 40x, therefore you have to wager £800 using the £20 before you can withdraw any winnings. Managed to wager the £20 bonus through and profit just over £500. Made a withdrawal request, money was in bank account within 2 hours. So from my experience of this platform, I can only say that it is right up there with the best and deserves 5 stars

I find the payouts for any bonus game are absolutely terrible. I understand you’re not guaranteed to win big but to win £0.80 after putting about £30 in a game is just ridiculous.
