Fowler Smith Mortgages have been amazing in helping me with my mortgage application. I have a complicated situation during a difficult current climate for mortgages. Professional, knowledgeable, brilliant...
I cannot recommend the service from Jonathan and Natasha highly enough. Brilliant advisers. Two complex BTL mortgages, pushed and dealt with over almost 9 months in 2022 - that actually saw all 4 chancellors and at least 3 offer re-issuances!
The team at Fowler Smith made 100s of calls in support - coralling my solicitor, the packager, the mortgage company.. indeed everyone to get the process over the line. They kept me up to date with whats going on and repeatedly demonstrated their skill, experience and depth of their network in relation to the actual processes taking place in each organisation. I am so pleased that both transactions got over the line and I am simply amazed at the effort the Fowler Smith team put in.. would give them 10 stars if i could. Brilliant.

Seamless, professional, stress free experience

Fowler Smith have been amazing helping me to secure the right mortgage products based on my individual circumstances. They saved me over £300 compared to other brokers. They were also very efficient, reliable and kept me in the loop at every step of the process. Knowledge, experience, communication.
We have always carried out our own mortgage research, considering ourselves thorough and well read so it is fair to say we didn't think we needed a broker. Our appointment with Jonathan proved us wrong! Jonathan's knowledge and swift actions resulted in us saving a significant amount on our monthly repayments, and in this current climate we are truly thankful.
