I had an issue with my booking because I accidentally chose the wrong date. I contacted the customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful and professional.
The process to exchange my tickets was clear and straightforward: I just had to purchase the new ones and provide the codes, and the refund for the original tickets was handled quickly. I’m very satisfied with how easy they made everything for me. Highly recommended!

Customer service is AMAZING
Customer service is AMAZING. Purchased a ticket for an event for the wrong date, emailed to see if this could be changed and I was expecting to have to pay again. The customer service team were SO quick at responding and were really helpful, the issue was resolved within 30minutes of me making the mistake and I am being refunded for the error I made having repurchased the correct package. 10/10, couldn’t fault.
