Booked tickets for the wrong day, they explained the process of purchasing our new tickets to get our refunds amazingly. Within 5 minutes of sending our new tickets across they had processed our refunds. So so helpful, quick and efficient. Can’t fault.

Servicio de atención al cliente atento e increíblemente rápido
Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio prestado por Fourvenues. El proceso de adquisición de entradas es rápido y sencillo. Respecto al servicio de atención al usuario, no puedo más que estarles muy agradecido. Tuve un problema con una reserva, debido a un error mío en el número de asistentes y en poco más de dos minutos tras realizar la consulta, me resolvieron el problema enviándome la reserva actualizada.
