I think that despite the other reviews on here, this is a helpful, trustworthy company. I emailed them regarding the shady reviews on here and they were in fact very helpful towards my obvious concern. They assured me that my package (which was a gift) would appear on time and in excellent condition and it did. The tracking of my shipment was also a helpful tool to ensure I was dealing with a trustworthy company. The person I emailed looked to have a profile picture like an AI or bot, but they responded to me realistically and were very proactive. Thank you!

Copy paste customer service responses. Had an initial issue concerning my tracking not working followed by very odd tracking updates (moving to a location 30 minutes away to 3 hours away). And nothing but AI/bot customer service responses.

I would give this company no stars if possible. They are a fraudulent business. I have filed against them with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

I was immediately impressed because I had to make a change to my order (two changes actually), and it was handled immediately and accurately.

I ordered in December 7. On December 11 I received a notice saying it had shipped.

Over a week later when I put in the tracking number into USPS it still says “label created”.

I emailed the address I initially communicated with to cancel and it’s now “undeliverable”.

I’m usually pretty savvy when it comes to scams. But I didn’t see this one. (In hindsight, don’t trust a website to tell you what their reviews are. Go to the review sites to confirm).

UPDATE: I was able to contact them using an email provided here by trustpilot, but it was pretty clear (now) that I’m communicating with an AI bot. They still insist my item is on its way, and will not cancel my order. Perhaps I will actually get the item. TBD.

Update 12/23: Item DID actually arrive. I’m revising my initial review to 2 stars.

My order is a gift - so if my recipient really likes it I *may* increase to a 3…but currently I still am not super impressed and would not order from them again.

Scam site stay well away. Took payment product not delivered. Look at the other reviews

Cheap Chinese product with very slow delivery. Probably would have cost a fraction of the price on temu or Alibaba but got sucked in my Instagram advertising

After ordering a watercolour set for a secret Santa present over three weeks ago it’d become apparent that this is a scam company who use AI response emails that sound genuine! Overpriced delivery added to products that don’t arrive! Don’t use them !

Definitely a scam. I ordered and it never showed up, now the website is shut down.

My 2 packages have arrived but I'm extremely disappointed with them. To say they are small is an understatement! I would never have ordered them had I known they were going to it be so small, not even the best artist could draw in the books of paper, they are the size of a small matchbox, I wanted to return them but they take 30% of the totally price for returning them. Bad experience all round.

I ordered from the website and started to think because it was a single product website that it might be a scam. I then went on to TrustPilot and noticed the 4.6 on the Order email didn’t match the 3.2 on TrustPilot and the other review said they hadn’t received the product. This started alarm bells ringing. I checked the website on a scam detector and the score for fourseazons was low, suggesting it could be a scam site. I then emailed the company to get my money back and suggested was a scam and the politely replied and have refunded my £26. It’s a good outcome but the company is a US company who ships the product from who knows where. Don’t think the product would have arrived by Christmas.

The money has now disappeared off my credit card statement, making me think this is a very elaborate scam based on most people can’t be bothered to chase the refund of a small amount of money

I ordered two pocket artist kits and after 19 days they have still not arrived. A scam organisation and avoid at all costs. As these were birthday presents, where the day has now gone. Not sure I will see them.
