Beautiful and unusual products
Really beautiful and unusual products. Each product was wrapped with great care - it was almost a shame to unwrap them they looked so gorgeous. Communication from them was also prompt and personal. A really great experience and I shall be buying again. Thank you!

Check the dimensions
Admittedly, I made an error not checking the size of the 'tray' I ordered. The one that arrived was tiny and I was very disappointed indeed. I considered £20 to be about right for an average tray size, but not a tiny one. Then another £5 for p&p.
Yes it is beautiful and I presume hand made, but even then, the finish is a little shabby too.
I will check the details thoroughly next time.

Our postage costs are flat rate, which is unfortunately the only option for smaller businesses.

Hi Joe,
You emailed us on a Sunday and early Monday, and had received a response by mid-morning Monday. Our working hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday.
As you know from our email conversation, you entered the incorrect postcode for your address which is the reason your parcel hasn’t arrived with you yet.
Leaving 1 star reviews for a small business because of a mistake you made is incredibly unfair, and we ask that you kindly consider removing it.
