FounderOS is the best investment I’ve made in my business. Matt’s feedback might sounds simple but it’s exactly what I needed.

However, not always easy to implement without systems. But that’s exactly what you get from the course part of the program.

Besides, for me, the most valuable are the people in the community and the connections I’ve made so far.

We started our mentorship already having a base business but looking to expand some revenue streams. The community is incredible, with all the like minded people trying to grow and share ideas. their concerns and real struggles.

It is definitely more work but we are growing much faster than I imagined.

It's pretty cool to have someone show you a solid path, it's still a jungle and a crazy adventure, but you have clear direction with how to keep moving forward

Matt's excellent programs, ongoing refreshing of the basics, and butt kicks plus others' fascinating journeys have gotten me to: 1. Identify my 20K vertical niche in which I am already a valued expert; 2. Identify the funnel of industry wide users; 3. Power up Linked In for cross-industry exposure; 4. Have lots of content in the queue ready to tweak and ship; 5. Use website and newsletter to drive Substack subscriptions as the initial product. Truly, Founder OS has allowed me to stand on the shoulders of giants to distill my little offering to be world-class when launched with infinite stacks of support for on-the-run perfecting of non-linear results. Meeting Matt has led to a huge shift in my mindset and was a major turning point for my business.

After selling my first company, I was searching for what to do next. I had learned so much from my first business, and was really excited to jump into something else, but I was struggling to get started. When a friend introduced me to Matt and Founder OS, I started to gain clarity on what's next for me.

I always knew I would start my own business. Someday. From age 23-28, I built a career helping other people bring their visions to life. A few years ago, I would have told you I was a really good second in command for any highly visionary CEO looking for someone that could catch their vision and build it. So I kept putting off my own dreams for someday.

And then I got cancer. I spent my 29th birthday in a hospital room, and spent most of 2022 learning how to walk again. And realized that someday wasn't real unless it was today. So I formed an LLC in November 2022. Made a couple of posts on Instagram and signed my first client in March 2023. Somehow grew that to my first $5K month by June-ish. Which is when I started looking for a program like Founder OS. At that point, I was mostly looking for a community of people on a similar journey facilitated by someone who was actually legit.

My first $5K month was the first time I felt like I might actually have a business, and I knew the best, most fun way to build it would be alongside others.

So I joined Founder OS and since then:

• Have replaced my full-time income.

• Got 5 referrals from existing clients in Q3 2023.

• Transitioned out of my full-time job in October 2023.

• Connected with some pretty awesome people and opportunities.

My goals for this year are to:

• Fully productize my services
• Make my first hires
• Automate as much as possible
• Grow my online footprint
