Have used Foudy’s on numerous occasions whether that be for upcycle services or for a shirt and print service and have always been happy with the quality.

Only thing that I would say is on the occasions I’ve emailed to ask about orders or any questions- throughout the season, it’s taken quite a few days to get a response, which I can understand with being a small business (i myself work for one as a team of 6) but do hope as they grow more and are able to hire more staff they can get a set customer service team if they don’t already have one as I do think it’s beneficial as I often see customers turn to Twitter to ask about orders as they’ve had no response :)

Bought the ‘if girls want to play football, you can’t just not let them’ tshirt, arrived quickly and very well packaged. Great quality item. Will definitely be using Foudys again

So many things to love about Foudys. They are unique in the marketplace for women’s football kit. Their communication with customers is first class and they always keep you updated on your order. They explain any delay (usually because they are popular and busy, occasionally because they are waiting on their suppliers). I would not shop anywhere else for my women’s football shirts. And you shouldn’t either.

Great communication regarding delays of stock (completely out of Foudys hands) when ordering my Arsenal home shirt. Had great service in the past and will order from them again in the future.

First time ordering. Wanted to support Thornsby FC’s women and girls so bought one of the t-shirts. Checked size guide and ordered L. T-shirt turned up and seems decent quality (not the speediest delivery, but that’s ok) but it was much bigger than the measurements shown on the size guide. Followed the instructions to start a return. No response. Emailed again. No response. Filled in an enquiry form on the website. No response. Thought I could send a message through Instagram. Only people Foudys follow can message them. It’s a real shame my email stated I wanted to exchange or return and buy again, but needed to know whether the size guide is at fault, or is the tshirt I received incorrectly labelled. Now I’ll just be returning and won’t use again. It’s a shame as the ethics and idea are great and, working for a sport NGB myself, is something I’m really passionate about.

Will give a few more days for email instructions, then might have to risk just returning it without hearing back.

Shame they can’t even give an auto-response (or update website) with estimated response time instead of leaving you in the dark.

I have ordered a couple of shirts from foudys and also used the upcycle service as well - all of which has been an absolutely amazing experience. No one else offers the range they do for woso fans, and they're only expanding further! I cannot stress enough how good the upcycle service is also, such an amazing initiative for those of us who can't find woso personalisation anywhere else. Shipping has always been super fast, even considering I am based outside of the UK. I even received a really cool Mary Earps trading card with one of my multiple shirt orders as well!

Customer service has always been helpful and any questions asked on social media platforms have always been answered perfectly too!

For those outside the UK just beware there will be a customs charge! Its usually around 7ish euro, give or take. This hasn't taken away from the foudys experience at all though, just a word of advice for those of us in Europe ! :))

Earlier this year I was able to get my hands on a Lionessess Euro kit and wanted to get the kit customised so I reached out to FOUDYS. The customer service is top tier in answering all of my questions and they even had me send multiple pictures to ensure the authenticity of the kit before allowing me to 'upcycle.' I live in the US so international shipping is always a barrier that has to be overcome but the team at FOUDYS makes it so much easier. Since receiving my new upcycled kit, I've ordered one additional upcycle for the Arsenal Stella McCartney Women's Away and I've ordered an Arsenal Home kit straight from their site. This team is phenomenal and the quality of the product is well worth the price, and as a collector price is imperative in the decisions that I make.

My first order on Foudys was an upcycle of my Spain WWC23 away shirt. The site is easy to use, but especially the communication via email is very quick and smooth.
Unfortunately my shirt was held back at customs (I live outside the UK), but no blame for this to Foudys. Their service was excellent in every step of my order.

I just want to add that it's fantastic that there is a platform that is dedicated to women's shirts/teams in this way.

If possible, I would give it 0 stars as the service I received has been abysmal. I ordered a lioness shirt with Beth England on the back two weeks before going on a sports tour, with the shipping saying that it would arrive in time. It has taken FOUDYS 7 days to inform me that they are now out of this shirt after taking my money, and their alternative is different makes of the same shirt but not the size I ordered or what would fit. This is extremely disappointing as I now have less than 7 days to try and find this shirt in a size that would fit.

Bought a gorgeous pink London City Lionesses shirt, great quality, fantastic, speedy delivery. A dream! C'mon LCL!

I ordered a women’s football mystery box during Black Friday that got totally lost by the Royal Mail Service and Foudys was so helpful doing the long process of the Royal Mail service of getting the parcel to me. Foudys were everyday with the Royal Mail service where my parcel was at and updating me on updates and even offered me a 15% for my next purchase to apologise for my parcel getting so long to arrive due to Royal Mail losing track of it. Really the most caring customer service I ever encountered!!

I bought a Lionesses shirt for a Christmas present early in Nov for one of my daughters - well organised by my standards! What I hadn't appreciated was Foudys 30 day exchange policy which they claim to be as per "most retailers" - not true in my experience. Inevitably it wasn't until the 25th December that I discovered the size was an issue. Foudys are refusing to exchange it for the next size up. As my girls would say, my "bad" for not reading the small print but to my mind, Foudys' "bad" for losing our future custom. It's not as if they'd be losing out financially by agreeing to an exchange!
