Terrible quality print with plastic instead if glass on frame that blurs image
Colour was muted on image. Frame has plastic instead of glass that blurs image. Take it apart and place plastic over photo. It's really bad. I sent this away to get good quality result.
I contacted customer care twice and they didn't respond both times. I just wanted a refund instead of creating a negative review but they didn't respond.

Order arrived damaged which I wasn’t annoyed about because these things happen but I have tried to get in contact with them for over 3 weeks and they have completely ignored the issue. Very disappointed and wasted €80 on one damaged canvas.
