Great cameras & fast shipping
Always a good product. Wish there could be object tracking for ptz cameras. (Would be the best feature for pet owners and parents of little ones.) Still, I have been using Foscam for 11 years and just added 2 more.

I purchased 2 cameras back in April…
I purchased 2 cameras back in April 20th, 2023. I connected and have used the first camera and have been quite pleased with it. The other stayed in storage until about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Connecting to this camera it was determined that the Focus mechanisim was none functional. Contact with support initially attempted to work out the issue, then stated that they would send me a new camera to replace the defective one. 2 days later, I was informed that the camera was out of warranty, so the new camera would not be sent.
I understand that the camera had 90 day warranty, yet, this camera was not used at all during the entire time until October.
Its just diappointing. My advise, is to open up and test each and every camera when received, THEN put them in storage. Still under these circumstances I feel the company might have made and exception in my case, but they are under no obligation to do so.
Foscam does have good products, and I'll likely continue to use them. Just wish that I had not lost the money invested in a camera that does not work out of the box.
