The support staff are amazing!
The support staff are amazing. There was an issue with ctrader while i was on a trade and my account was down 5% in the end. I got sooooo worried i'd lose my accounts and even though i kept pestering them to an annoying point, they solved that issue and assured me that my accounts are back with the initial balance.
Im sorry i was annoying guys, you understand that was very stressful for me!!
And thank you for being so awesome!🙏🏼

Got some issues
Literally 0 of my limit orders got filled when price did reach the entry level and went even beyond it…
Also got a crazy overnight spread that stopped me out of a big winner. Customer support didn’t do anything about it and said that it happens all the time.
I do believe in this prop firm and see it become one of the bigger ones in the industry but the broker they use is absolutely horrible.

Night spread of about 50 pips breached…
Night spread of about 50 pips breached my account. Support told me it was a LP issue and cancelled the loss out of my account but did not clear the daily loss. They say, they informed me about that in the live chat, but i have never received such message. One loss this morning and my account breached again. Why not clear my daily drawdown when there was an issue on their side? I don't get why i would have to be cautious about not hitting my remaining daily loss of 1% due to insane spread. Cannot recommend, sticking to the reliable firms.

Hey there! Sorry for the bad experience. We corrected the spread issue even if it wasn't from our part, it was a broker LP issue. And the support team let you know that we cannot reset the daily drawdown as balance was added into account. Daily drawdown always resets at the end of the day.
worst spreads ever
worst spreads ever, please dont go for this firm, even EURUSD have 0.7-0.8 pips spread. Also, I faced slippage issue. My order always execute way before price. REQUESTING ALL OF YOU TO STAY AWAY.

Hey there! Sorry for the bad experience, however the spread is normal and we do not have any "live simulation plugin" as all the accounts are in the demo environment. There is no slippage and no delay in execution!

The website had some problem saying that there was a payment problem. So I tried a few times and it came up to be successful that I wasn't expecting.
As a result I bought 4 accounts instead of 1
But they refund the other 3 account in a speedy manner. The support is fantastic. Appreciate you guys.
