have used Forst chippers for a few years, a few different models, and have always found them to punch well above their weight. And any issue we have had, has been sorted so quickly, their customer service is far superior to any other manufactures

My name is Billy Heaton from Wk Arboriculture during lockdown my old NHS chipper I'd kept going for years finally packed in and I couldn't get parts .
This left me no choice to get a new chipper something I said I'd never do .
I went for forst and from the day I bought the chipper nearly 3 years ago I've had nothing but a 5* service from AJ and his team nothing has been to much trouble they respond straight away and any problems have been dealt with the same day I can't fault them .

We called out Forst in an emergency as our chipper had stopped working and it also needed a service. Rick was amazing and came out to sort it for us. Our chipper is now in fine form! Thank you Rick and Forst for getting us out of bother so quickly.

I have been dealing with Forst for a number years now and the quality of the after care has always been fantastic. The after sales service has been second to none. Whether it is advice over the phone or dealing with any issue that has cropped up, I would especially like to say thank you to AJ for being so helpful. Absolutely top end assistance with a TR8 ignition barrel. Had rubbish signal so couldn't send photos to help explain. AJ was a massive help. Cracking job 💪💪💪

We are based in DG7, nearest dealer 120 miles away! Requires an hydraulic filter and various other parts, emailed Forst Global twice, rang twice, NO response to either, which is useless, should have bought another make.

Had a very hard to spot issue with the chipper that had caused problem after problem, after exhausting what could be achieved down the phone the guys sent out an incredibly knowledgeable technician who soon identified a bit to much vibration in one worn part that led him to check an area not usually associated with the issues we was experiencing but in doing so solved the problem, & had us back up & running at full capacity, I’m yet to have a problem these guys can’t collectively solve, if the product Först offer doesn’t wow you enough, then the after sale customer support service will blow you away

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was fantastic. We literally couldn't fault them. Professional, polite and punctual (when bringing a chipper to our site for a demo). We would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

Straightforward deal done at the Arb show with a trade in on our ST6p for the new ST6p HD. The new machine is working out well. Forst customer backup has always been excellent to keep us chipping.

Really good communication from forst team, helpful and happy. Pleasure to deal with.

2nd machine ordered from forst and they are a pleasure to deal with for everything from sales, service and backup. Always by your side for anything and will use them forever more!

Unfortunately, we seem to be the only company who rarely gets a phone call back when leaving messages. Most of our parts deliveries have either been forgotten about or are sent incorrect and for a company who prides themselves on support we feel we have been completely let down in every way. We seem to be in a black spot for getting any Forst approved company to come to our yard to service our machine as it took us nearly 4 months to finally get it arranged, when they finally did do, they were very knowledgeable and provided a great service, thanks Hodgsons tool hire. But overall, I rate Forst aftersales and back up as poor.

Great machine.
There was a lack of communication when machine was ready as Russel had left the company who I bought the chipper through. He also said he would be chucking me in a protos helmet that I did not receive ether.
Machine took approx 6 month from order to receiving it.

Brilliant machine and sales service start to finish was excellent. Only let down by no after sales visit/follow up and no free merchandise as promise by sales rep :)

Always a very professional and slick service and good run through on the chipper when delivered
