Having had a learned background from my very thorough beauty therapy course in the mid-1970's in the UK, where cosmetic chemistry was an included subject, I was able to use this knowledge to teach within a college environment to hairdressing and beauty students from the mid-1980's onwards. My dream had always been to take this part of my training into a career but had not had the opportunity until I found Formula Botanica.

Having successful graduated, I can honestly say it's been an amazing learning curve, an experience that I have enjoyed from start to finish. Plus the support network with the Formula Botanica school team and peers, through their Facebook group has been brilliant - they are there when you need them.

Now onto the Diploma in Advanced Organic Cosmetic Science and the Diploma in Beauty Brand Business Management to complete the International Skincare Entrepreneur! 👍

Overall, a great experience with an outstanding training organisation, and more to come!

It was fantastic..and benefit for me

I was doing handmade soaps and skin care products for over more than 2 years. But the real basic soul of my work was missing. I believe the knowledge and methodology Formula Botanica taught me is exactly the thing i was looking for.

The experience was so much greater than I was expecting! The study materials are amazing, such detail, and if anything was not clear a quick e-mail and fast response and you had the answers. I never felt like I was pressured in anyway, there was never an overload of information, everything was in small "bites" and in your own time, the way all learning should happen, learning should be constant and time should vary, we all learn at difference rates. A wonderful experience I am so glad I went on the journey! If you are thinking about doing it, just do it, you will not regret it, even if you do nothing with it, it broadens your outlook, and yiou will have a lot of fun doing it

This is a full service school. Not only do they provide knowledge, but also next steps and continued education. By doing this course was able to fill the gaps in my knowledge, adjust my priorities and align my thoughts to a more robust and professional mindset. The tutors provided excellent support, answering all questions in a timely manner. I was able to do this course on my own schedule, but I never felt alone because I knew support was just an email away. Thank you Formula Botanical for a stress free experience.

The Cosmetic Preservation course is excellent.
The course offers a professional approach to laboratory hygiene practices, as well as preservatives use and cosmetology laws.
It changed the way I understand what is natural in cosmetology.
Although my focus is liquid soap and bar soap, something that is not part of the school courses, I have no doubt that the content covered has improved the quality of my small (still) homemade production.

I highly recommend I love the knowledge with professional a very supportive team and great community that you can count all the time the tutors are always there to guide and help

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed learning the Chocolate Spa Products course, I signed up for it in addition to the Organic Skincare Formulation and Entrepreneurship course because the name was just appealing… Well, the class was even more interesting than anything I could have imagined, I’m so drawn into the cacao plant and its facial benefits, taking the Diploma in Beauty Management course side-by-side makes me want to create a line, completely attune to Chocolate! ♥️

This was a fun freebie course that I received as a bonus for purchasing 5 Formula Botanica courses all at once! I love eating chocolate and I already formulate with it, so this was a natural extension of my education in skincare formulation.

This course has greatly exceeded my expectations. Not only did it satisfy my desire to deeply understand how various skincare products are formulated, but it also allowed me to validate and expand upon my previous knowledge, despite not having formal training in this field. I have significantly broadened the range of products I am now capable of making.

Learning about the regulations essential for selling skincare products was particularly valuable. With this knowledge, I feel well-equipped to start my own artisan skincare brand.
