I experienced difficulties with this company back in 2020 when they would not give me a refund for cancelled concert and I was discussed when they bkamed the HSE for not allowing the concert to go ahead at a time when my relative died from it and my familworked in the health care. They are a dishonest organisation.

Only giving this one star to.leave a review. No refunds for people out of pocket which have been promised multiple times and then for the organiser to go on joe duffy last week state I don't have to refund anyone clearly has excellent customer service skills. Blocks people for asking about refunds yet stated people were attacking them not one person attacked they just asked for updates. Anyone giving a single cent to this operation need their heads ready and dare you say otherwise the cult following will be down on you. Better festivals out there who actually want customers and know how to treat them. Avoid fyf at all costs
Shocking horrible experience
Shocking horrible experience.
We are still waiting for the refunds, we have been blocked from all the pages for questions and comments on the refunds.
Extremely poor communication, extremely poorly managed
A terrible experience, a fraud.
Don't give them a single cent.
Have gone to the three fyf festivals…
Have gone to the three fyf festivals and had the time of my life. Great weekend of singing and laughing and definitely would do it again. This year only got to friday evening as we were to camp from Saturday. But thats no one fault. Went Sunday afternoon and saw how difficult conditions were but show went on and was brilliant
To die for.
Better than any other festival I've been to. And that's quite a few. Non-stop hits all weekend. Us mid-life-crisis people know every song and every artist. Quite happy to spend all my 3 quarter-life-crisis's there too. In fact they will probably have to scrape me off the field when I have the heart attack I predict will get me.
Best Irish Music Festival bar none
Been to all of the Forever Young Festivals and they’ve been just brilliant. Great atmosphere, chilled out crowd, everyone is there to have a good time. Best music festival I’ve ever been to (and I have been to quite a few over the years in Ireland & the UK). Recommend it 100%.
Can't wait! for the big reveal!
Brilliant festival. Well organised with great atmosphere! It was a real shame about the rain last year, but what can you do about Irish weather? Can't wait for FYF 2024!
Best festival ever!
2023 was my first time attending. Despite the terrible persistant wind and rain, it was the best festival I was ever at! Everyone was constantly smiling and dancing. To see so many of my idols of past times was amazing!!! I can't wait to go again!!!
Forever Young (Sunday 2023) review:
Forever Young (Sunday 2023) review:
There’s no doubt Forever Young 2023 will be remembered for the rainfall of biblical proportions that dominated the weekend, and all the disruptions caused by an “act of god”, but Forever Young has always been about two things, the music, and the people.
Friday nights’ headliners were Squeeze, and Andy Bell of Erasure was the closing performance on Saturday, but when I arrived on Sunday you could see the devastation the rain has caused over the previous two evenings. It was like Glastonbury, with mucky fields everywhere, so wellies were the essential footwear for the day, even though the staff continued to spread woodchip on the ground continuously.
Neville Staple opened Sunday, with a mix of two-tone and ska, giving a SPECIAL performance, including favourites like ‘The Guns of Navarone’ and ‘Ghost Town’, while Soul II Soul brought all the campers Back To Life after the doom and gloom of the previous 48 hours.
Neil from Blancmange was excellent. His synth performance sounded fantastic, especially on ‘Living On The Ceiling’ and ‘Don’t Tell Me’, and around 4:30pm we were treated to a selection from the British Electronic Foundation ensemble, which included Claudia from Propaganda (remember the excellent ‘Duel’)? She also performed a cover of her native band Kraftwerk’s (The Model). Glenn Gregory (Heaven 17), Peter Coyle from The Lotus Eaters (‘The First Picture of You’) Jaki Graham, Mari Wilson, and Peter Hooton of The Farm (All Together Now) kept everyone entertained with their biggest hits, while Rebel Rebel, Belle Stars, and Owen Paul entertained from the other stage.
Bruce Foxton’s From the Jam had just completed their set when the heavens’ opened. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a field of dedicated music fans standing there, chatting and mingling while the rain bounced off them solidly for 30 minutes while Thunder and Lightning echoed around the venue. The organisers rightly delayed the next performance while keyboards and other music equipment were covered up and the stage was dried before Tom Bailey (Thompson Twins) entered with his three-girl band all dressed in white. This was one of the standout performances as Tom rolled back the years with ‘Doctor Doctor’, ‘You Take Me Up’, ‘Hold Me Now’, and a great cover of Psycho Killer’ thrown in amongst his original compositions.
It was great to see Gary from China Crisis back to full health, and belting out ‘King in a Catholic Style’, ‘Christian’ and ‘Wishful Thinking’ before the nicest man in pop, Midge Ure treated us to a non-stop collection of his songs including ‘Hymn’, ‘Fade to Grey’, ‘Dancing with Tears in my Eyes, ‘If I Was’ and the exceptional ‘Vienna’.
ABC were the penultimate act as Martin Fry strolled on stage wearing his trademark gold jacket and burst into ‘When Smokey Sings’. It was great to hear ‘Viva Love’ (from the more recent Lexicon of Love II) and there was no let-up as he belted out ‘Poison Arrow’, ‘All of My Heart’, and ‘The Look of Love’ to rapturous applause.
Festival organiser Sharon took to the stage for a few minutes to thank her team and volunteers who made this event, and especially this final day happen, before Bananarama followed last years’ appearance with a headlining slot. Opening with ‘Nathan Jones’, Keren and Sara had everyone dancing and singing for the next hour with a succession of 80’s cheesy hits including the aptly titles of ‘Cruel Summer’, and ‘Forever Young’. Celebrating over 40 years in the music business, these ladies showed, that in their 60’s they still look fab and fully fit, while performing high-kicks into their carefully choreographed dance routines. We also got ‘Venus’, ‘Love in the First Degree’, ‘I Want You Back’ ‘Robert DeNiro’s Waiting’ and cumulating with ‘Na Na Hey Hey (Kiss Him Goodbye).
The decision to prevent day trippers on Saturday entering the site was the headline maker in the media, but at the end of the day, safety comes first. Everyone who set out to go to Forever Young festival last friday, returned home in a safe manner (including me). Nothing else matters, soaking clothes, fallen tents, cars been pulled from car parks, flooded and mucky fields. It took balls for the organiser Sharon to stand-up on that stage and defend her safety teams decision on Saturday morning.
If you weren’t there, you’ll never know what everyone went through, and if you were, you’ll have witnessed first-hand what safety measures were put in place, so we are all here in one piece today. Well done Forever Young. Music really does make the people come together.
Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly. Some fantastic bands. Can't wait for the next one. The mud only added to the fun.

I think I put my review on the wrong page....
Forever young festival is a fantastic trip down 80's memory lane. It is so well organised i could not find one single fault with the entire weekend. To soak up the full experience we highly recommend camping. Even given the most horrific rain the craic was absolutely mighty. The organisers did everything possible to ensure the party kept going despite the rain. We can't wait for FYF 2024. Congrats to Sharon and her team for a fabulous festival

I found my tribe
So many great memories over the years.
Seen so many bands I adore from all the years listening in my dad’s car it just makes me so happy to be there - I found my tribe!
Festival is just a slice of 80s heaven - weather permitting 😅
First weekend festival
First weekend festival, crippled with back pain and so fed up going cos I thought I'd be tortured with long walks to from loos and the stages and be all withdrawn and selfconscious... but boy did I have a great time. Music brilliant even stuff I hated growing up was lovely to dance to (even if I had to sit and dance). Volunteers were so very friendly and were really helpful. That silent disco was so cool 😎
People if you're shy and worried about going but are curious, feel the fear and come to this weekend. Its full of us human folk who survived our teenage years and want second chance to be a teenager. I know people felt disappointed with weather and other things but Holy God, its a bit of crack being done by human people with a heart. BRING ON 2024!!
