I echo everyone here. I paced two orders online both of which I never received. I waited weeks with the status as pending. I tried calling only to be hung up on with a message saying they were essentially too busy. I finally received an email that my items weren’t available and I would receive a refund….guess what? I waited and waiting only to find no refund. Yep they are stealing from people. I had to hunt down my refunds both times. Absolutely ridiculous.

I decided to give them one final chance so I placed an order last month and received the wrong size of a blouse. I ordered a US 4 and received an 8. I have waited weeks for a resolution and finally today I get an email saying I need to do a return and refund. So let me get this straight, I order online for convenience, you send me the wrong thing and now I have to go out of my way to be further inconvenience d to return it. On top of it you are making me pay for the return!!!!! Who knows if I will ever receive a refund. I purchased the item in January and it is now March…the saga continues. This will be my final purchase ever from Evernew. It is a complete scam. They are outright screwing people around. I’m hoping word gets out because it isn’t right.

I almost didn’t bought with this store. I was really concern about the comments here. But for my surprise was everything perfect and I really thought I should give my review here for you. I started buying 3 dresses on sale on the 1th of February. I know how on sales items go away quickly. So also on the 1th of February they refund me one dress that I bought as it wasn’t in stock. They sent me an email and refund me immediately. The other 2 dreeees arrived on 3/02. The 2 dresses was perfect, really good material which I wasn’t expecting. But I had to return one of these dresses as I bought in 2 different sizes. So one was large for me. I returned with the return label that I received inside the package with the dresses. I returned on 13/02 and on 20/02 they already did my refund. I didn’t had to send ANY email. I thought I would have to email them or open a dispute with my credit card. But NO was really simple this return. So I totally recommend.

Placed an order and after several weeks order status was still processing. Emailed them and was told order would be shipped shortly. After a further 2 weeks contacted them again and they cancelled my order saying item was no longer available. I was issued a digital gift card which I then used to place another order only to have it cancelled (at least quickly this time) as item was out of stock. Item is still showing available online!

Go to a shop (staff are friendly) but I do not recommend you buy online as you cannot guarantee you'll get it and you'll be stuck with a credit you have to try and use.

I ordered a puffer coat from this company. I have previously bought a coat from this brand which I have had for a few years and love. Unfortunately had to return this one because although it was a lovely coat, good quality etc. it didn’t suit me. I did have to email and ask when I would receive my refund, but I am happy to say this was done as promised .

I ordered a dress on 21 December and was informed the following day that it was out of stock and that a refund was being processed (even though the dress was still displaying on the website as in stock in the size I'd ordered). Just over two weeks later I emailed customer services as I still hadn't received the refund. They told me that there had been a problem with the automatic refund and that a manual refund request had been passed to the relevant team for processing. Ten more days passed, and still no refund, so I emailed again. This time I was told that they couldn't currently process any refunds as they'd been having a problem with their system, and that I would be informed when they refunded me - however, the previous day they had processed a refund for another item I'd returned to them, so I'm not convinced the system story was true. I replied to say that I'd get my credit card company to pursue the matter under Section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit Act, as the item was over £100 and by that point it was a month since I'd placed the original order. Forever New didn't reply, and I haven't heard anything more from them, but I suddenly received the refund yesterday. I would definitely never order from the company again (especially as in the UK reliable companies like Next and Zalando also sell their clothing) and would not recommend it to anyone else. I just wish I'd read the other TrustPilot reviews before I'd placed my order, as this does not seem to have been an isolated incident.

Sent item back 2nd jan 2024 emailed cause month later still no refund gonna contact my credit card an contact trading standards avoid this company at all costs

Follow up contacted my bank got full refund make sure you all contact your bank

I returned a parcel 20 days ago and there has been no refund. I have sent several emails about this and have been given an unhelpful reply, ’passed on the details to our returns hub to investigate further. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update on the same’. I would recommend avoiding this company given the similar reviews

I shopped online at Forever New and I have had the worst experience. Iv just had surgery on my hand and I can’t drive- I’m not mobile and so I purchased items to get them sent to me -giving plenty of time for them to arrive as they were needed for an important occasion. I received my parcel and when I pulled one of the dresses out , the security tag was still attached, I am stuck and live rural so I couldn’t get this to a store to get it removed and I’m nowhere near a post office/postbox -which would not of helped anyway as the dress was needed before back and forth postage . I contacted customer service at Forever New and they offered me no help or solution, only pretty much wanting me to bring it in or get someone else to do it or return it for a refund . This dress was folded up and wrapped in tissue paper with the security tag sitting right on top , I thought items should be properly assessed before being sent to customers for this very reason. It is a shame as the dress is beautiful but it’s useless as it was purchased for an event and can’t be worn because of FOREVER NEWS mistake or laziness.
I would not recommend anyone to shop or purchase on their online platform.
This was a horrible shopping experience and bad transaction.

Although the customer service team are responsive, I'm yet to have a refund for an item they received back over 1 month ago. I am reassured I will receive it but there is a back log of returns but it's late now considering the item has been sitting in a warehouse for a month.

Do not order from this company! I like many others who have left a review have not received my refund for my order which was over £400. Parcel was returned tracked and delivered in early December and they have taken weeks to locate the parcel, still awaiting a refund and no update from them. On top of this I ordered items of which only some arrived from their warehouse but they still charged me for the full amount of the items and I never received an order confirmation email. It took for me to notify them to amend the order amount. Never ordering from here again.

I wish I could give no stars..this company is one of the biggest scam. I ordered a coat in December order never arrived ..4 weeks later I asked for a refund after, I sent them 10 to 15 emails and calls..they kept telling me they will despatch the my order..apparently they are having technical problems. Still no item no refund..stay away from this company

I have been chasing my refund for 4 weeks now, even though the email confirming that they received goods back came through 3 weeks ago. So unpleasant experience chasing something that you entitled to. Called customer care today to find out that the refund for one dress hasn't even been processed yet, even though they received it nearly a month ago. Will never buy again and will be avoiding this company!

Delivered one out of two dresses. Refunded one. When I returned the second dress they haven’t refunded me the money. I’ve been waiting over a month. Avoid this company.

All the reviews are correct do not order from here. Ordered a coat and then five days later an email said it was out of stock. Disappointed as this was my Christmas present. Coat still in stock on line so tried again exact same thing happened. £260 out of pocket and no coat still waiting for refunds. Dodgy company make sure you avoid. The coat is still on the website and says it’s in stock! Hope no one else does what I did.

I nearly didn't order this coat based on the reviews I read but took a chance. So glad I did as it arrived within days, and before Christmas! I had seen the coat in a store but they didn't have my size, I don't usually buy online. Very happy customer.

Cancelled and refunded my order, get your stock in check please!

I will not purchase online ever again. I waited a week for my order to be posted, reached out to customer service, was reassured it would be sent so continued to wait only for it to be cancelled. If you are relying on a dress for an event like I was I would never recommend purchasing from forever new.

I have ordered a few times online and after a week they just sent me an email where they cancel my order !!It happened already 2 times !!And then ,they take ages to return the money back !

I am so angry as I still don’t have any confirmation that my order was sent
I wrote several emails with “delays in postage and handling “
I called numerous times but unable to speak to a human and after 20mins the line cuts out
I purchased the dresses in Afterpay so payments are being deducted but still no dress
Beware of the online ordering 😡
How does this company get away with it

Awful experience with this company, ordered two dresses a week before the black friday sale for my birthday at the end of November. A week later nothing had arrived, sent an email chasing it, customer services reassured me that the order would be dispatch very soon, then 2 days later after the sales had ended they notified me they had no stock left and will be receiving a refund. Why wait over a week to let me know? I have noticed by other reviews that this is a recurrent issue. Safe yourself the hassle and dissapointment and buy elsewhere.
