Ich habe meinen Papa hingeschickt. Er kommt morgen zurück. Was ich bisher gesehen habe, sieht top aus! Der Preis ist günstig, was rein von der Wahl kein Kriterium war, jedoch positiv ist.

Ich habe ständig mit Frau Sarah Moraru über WhatsApp auf englisch kommuniziert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit, nett und immer erreichbar. Jetzt bin ich am überlegen, selbst in Zukunft hinzugehen 😅

Я впервые пользовалась услугами турецкой медицины , и ни разу об это не пожалела . Это был прекрасный опыт с самыми лучшими впечатлениями .
Меня встретили в аэропорту и вип транспортом отвезли меня прямо в клинику где меня уже ждал персонал больницы .Персонал отзывчивый , очень улыбчивый ,возле меня всегда были квалифицированные специалисты, готовые помочь мне и ответить на все мои вопросы . Я очень переживала и было много вопросов после операции о том , нормальны ли те или иные новые ощущения в моем организме , врачи успокаивал меня и всегда говорили мне подробно о каждом процессе который должен происходить , это очень помогло мне психологически . Так же меня сопровождали во время прогулок по прекрасному саду больницы , для того что бы я чувствовала себя в безопасности и в случае чего мне бы сразу оказали медицинскую помощь .

У меня была прекрасная палата со всеми удобствами . Удобная кровать ,телевизор , интернет , прекрасный вид из окна ,кондиционер , собственная ванная комната и туалет , большое зеркало во весь рост и так же все удобства для моего сопровождающего. Палата очень очень чистая, уборка происходила раз в день и +если было нужно что то убрать или поменять постель дополнительно . Не только палата ,но и вся больница очень чистая , чувствуешь себя как в дорогом отеле .

Я не могла кушать после операции ,но мою сопровождающую (моя дочь) кормили 3 раза в день очень сытное и разнообразной едой . Повара в этой больнице замечательные .

Сама операция для меня прошла достаточно быстро , я отлично поспала под наркозом ,а после мне поставили обезболивающую капельницу , так что боль конечно была , но терпимо . Швы остались совсем маленькие , думаю через время их не будет видно совсем .

Так же , перед выпиской мне дали большой пакет лекарств и диетического питания + специальный стакан для смешивания . Дали так же папку моих документов на английском языке , что очень важно для меня так как я не живу в Турции, составили и распечатали для меня специальную диету на пол года вперёд, на моем родном языке , так что сейчас мне намного легче следить за диетой . И конечно же мне дали официальные документы о том какая операция и когда мне была проведена , как прошла операция и + официальный документ позволяющий мне получить оплачиваемый отпуск в течении двух недель после операции. Все документы с подписями и печатями клиники и врачей,которые делали мне процедуры .

Я осталась полностью довольна обслуживанием и прекрасно провела время в этой клинике , большое спасибо !

В первую очередь хотелось бы тут поблагодарить Джахану, проводницу которая поддерживала с самого начала . Благодаря ей волнение ушло на второй план . Операция по уменьшению желудка прошла успешна , медсестры были очень хорошими и понимающими . Единственное что можно было бы изменить для комфорта провожающего это диван 😁.
На сегодняшний день я скинула 9 кг за две недели, в будущем напишу еще отзыв о своем весе .

Хочу сказать всё самое лучшее о клинике. Первое это замечательные хирурги индивидуальный подход. На протяжении после операционного периуда были со мной на связи и поддерживали меня по любому вопросу. Я очень довольна результатом и отношению всех сотрудников к пациентам.

Я очень довольна была организацией от начала и до конца, трасфер, время, гостиницей, особенно сопровождением и вниманием моих помощьников всегда рядом, всегда на связи.
Почему 4 , равнодушие некоторых мед.сестёр и работа с пациентом без обрабатывания рук дез.раствором и без одноразовых перчаток.

El dinero en metálico. Les pides una Fra. Y te dicen que sí. cuando lo tengan te lo llevan al hotel/hospital. Todo mentira. Llega el ultimo día y te dan como un albarán y no refleja todo el servicio. Te quejas al respecto y te dicen "si quieres fra. Es un 25% más caro. No te hacen todo lo que prometieron y lo pasas fatal. Te cobran por productos de una calidad más baja de la contratada. Si ocurre algo (que pasó)el hospital donde te operan, la clínica, personal... Si vas a la policía estos no te van a ayudar y no puedes ni denunciar ni rellenar una reclamación porque te la van a negar. Es muy duro. Pagas una pasta. Hacen lo que quieren no te dan ningún documento que refleje lo que has contratado y menos de la operación. Te vuelves a casa con la esperanza de no acabar con secuelas graves, sin dinero ni fra. Para engancharlos y llevarles a un tribunal. Nunca te devuelven el dinero. Te dicen que ya sabías cómo va eso. Que por ese dinero no te podías esperar factura o doc. Que les delate. No vayáis a operaros a Estambul.

The service is excellent! I had a rhinoplasty at this place. Elif, the interpreter lady, is really sweet and helpful, she knows her job very well. I felt safe with her. The doctor seemed quite experienced, he didn't work with my nose bone, but he did transform the tip of my nose. I have a huge boxy nose, and that was my second nose job trying to make it look smaller. The swelling is still crazy, but I can see the first results, and they are brilliant. The tip is lifted, and it's more sophisticated.

The hospital is nice. The bed was really comfortable, even the food was tasty. And the hotel exceeded my expectations. It's also very important that I got to stay with my boyfriend all the time without any extra charge.

Right now I'm thinking about having other surgeries at this clinic.
