Product Quality of items were as good as advertised, the administration team provided regular communication regards delivery and updates.
The delivery drive was polite well presented and punctual.
Over all from start to finish extremely pleased with the service provided, I will defiantly be using them again and referring others.

Received delivery of the 6'5 × 2'10 Forest Large Double Door Pent Wooden Garden Storage - Bike / Mower Outdoor Store (1.9m x 0.86m) from Shed Store today. Delivered within given timeframe and updated along the way. Wayne & Andy called us when they were 15mins away to inform us of their arrival. Shed came in sections with bag containing instructions & parts to put it together. We are going to use this to store a mobility scooter, as it’s the perfect size to fit in a small back yard. The shed is already treated but the felt comes in a roll to apply yourself. Looking forward to getting it built 😀

Everything on there website was easy to understand, very easy and straightforward to Order any item or product, once i had ordered my goods, instant response on my goods has been ordered, delivery was free and came within a couple of days, delivery driver John D, was superb, polite, courteous, and put it exactly where i wanted it, excellent service throughout will definitely use them again.

Brilliant service arrived early Brian the driver was very cheerful and helpful considering his early start , great fence panels well made , would highly recommended thank you 👍

Rubbish!!
I ordered my shed at the beginning on July. I paid for the shed and installation.
Since purchasing it I have recieved endless emails stating how the customer will be charged if x,y,z is or isn't done. One of which is I have to go through the hundreds of screws/parts to check they have delivered all the parts otherwise if it comes to installation and not all parts are there, then the job won't be completed and I will incur a further charge to get it sorted. I've paid for product and a service. This is not my job to do.
Luckily I did check and found missing parts. I've had to chase it up several times to get the new bits delivered. I had to inform the instalation company as they tried to book me in even though I haven't got all the parts. I go away next week and was told it will be marked as urgent to get this rectified this week. I've finally had the parts delivered. Noone has called to book installation, I called today and they have told me the earliest time is next week.
I call to complain and was told that they will speak to the installation team. This was over 2 hours ago. I hear nothing back. I call again and I am told they have no update but will hopefully call tomorrow (as their lines are now closed for the day).

Terrible service and rubbish communication.

Still no information on my order. I have put in a formal complaint. This is being ignored. The manager said he would call with an update, he didn't. When I called to find out why he had not rang, I was shouted at by another member of staff.

My advice would be to avoid this company at all cost. It is not worth the agg! They take your money very quickly and don't deliver on product or service.
Reported to trading standards.

Update: 21/8/24
After another week of chasing, missing part was delivered Monday 19th and Installation was booked for today (21st).
The team suspended the build as the floor was cracking with any weight on it. After further inspection every panel had a fault - gaps in tongue and groove panels, holes, and cracks.
Appalling!

Poor service. Came it damaged. Despite contacting and promised a delivery of replacement part with in 7 days, took them over 3 weeks to deliver damaged part. Came in but again with missing fittings. Had to pay carpenter for wasting his time and took almost a month to do it also without proper fittings being provided by the company. Avoid it. Was not a good experience so will not recommend buying anything again

Horrendous quality and customer service. A shed (almost £2k) ordered at the start of May and paid for in full, upfront. Following the order, after complete radio silence, it was eventually delivered in June. Again, radio silence and no information provided on an installation date until mid July, when the installer attended my home after multiple chaser calls and emails sent both to Forest and to their third party installers none of whom seemed to know when a date would be fixed for installation. The independent installer (who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful) travelled a long distance only to find that almost 25% of the shed panels were damaged and therefore unusable. Many of the panels were clearly very old and were sun bleached and warped from prolonged weathering in storage. A number had severe splits and nails protruding, or bits that were simply snapped off. If used, the shed would have not been watertight and would have no guarantee. On delivery the felt was also stored horizontally by the courier, which was incorrect and would cause it to fail.
The installer was unable to put the shed up due to 25% of panels being damaged prior to construction and had to travel back to base over 150 miles away. A number of replacement panels were ordered by the installer to replace the damaged ones (which are now all stacked up outside my property), and I advised Forest and the online retailer of the shed, Shedstore, that delivery would need to be delayed to account for our impending two week holiday, as we would be unable to sign for or check the replacement parts. They assured us delivery would be made after we returned from holiday.
I subsequently received a text from Forest whilst on holiday, despite the acknowledgment of both Shedstore and Forest Garden that delivery would not happen whilst on holiday, that the items were out for delivery and would be delivered whilst we were 200 miles away in Cornwall. Forest promised they had intercepted the courier and stopped the delivery. When we returned home we found this was not the case and the panels had been delivered and stacked against a south facing wall in the garden. They were wrapped partly in cellophane and full of condensation and thus some panels were in poor condition when unwrapped, whilst some were damaged beyond repair, again damage was in the same place as the previously delivered parts. Also, the replacement windows weren’t even included on the delivery and installation could again not proceed with parts missing or damaged.
I informed Forest and Shedstore and only Shedstore could be bothered to reply, apologetically telling me replacements (for the replacements) had been ordered again and Forest would be in touch with me directly (they weren’t).
Forest have just delivered the third lot of parts, replacing the second lot of replacement parts earlier ordered, and they are yet again damaged (in the same place, as the packaging is totally inadequate) and unusable.
Parts are also missing, again. This is unresolved and as it stands I have shelled out c. £1800 on a pile of poor quality wooden panels, some damaged, some usable. And I have no shed and no sign of any urgency or willingness to escalate or sort things out satisfactorily.
Quality control, customer service and competency seem to be in incredibly short supply with this company.
Avoid.

Phil and Mitch delivery guys were lovely, polite and efficient. Very friendly and so careful to place our product where we wanted. Hreat service all round.

Fantastic quick delivery by John Doogan again delivered our summer house 18 months ago, and he delivered, a shed today, Top service by a friendly bloke. Highly recommended

ordering and delivery fine but quality of product for the price charged was awful.Splits in panels some caused by nails,some in the panel itself.Nails protruding. Very shoddy workmanship.I should have bought locally at a cheaper price.Will not buy from forest again

Phil Sadler delivered our shed on 10 July, very punctual, friendly and stacked the parts neatly in readines for the lads to deal with it next day.
