The long standing connection with a Forester's advisor who has good contextual awareness of client and family is a key reason for maintaining our products with the organisation. E.g. Provided my newly adult Daughter with a clear explanation of how ISA funds work and how they can benefit a young person in preparing for their future. Got them set up as independent saver in minutes. Also provides great support in relation to the added benefits of being a member of Foresters community e.g. the GO app which does encourage a positive mindset and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing in a network of like minded people.

I have emailed in TWICE regarding my Cash ISA transfer and I have had no response. It has taken 20 days for them to action a cash ISA transfer with no communication/update from them. Tembo have been brilliant in keeping me up to date and answering all the queries I had. I found out from Tembo that the cheque had been sent to Peterborough and not London. WHY? Awful customer service no reply from emails no live chat. This has caused me an immense amount of stress and anxiety. Starting to think my funds will never land....

Lee is both very knowledgeable and extremely responsive with any questions.
