This was my first time ordering foreign money so I was nervous. However, that all changed after I had a chat with Anthony Rosales. He answered my questions and concerns about placing my order of Euros and Pounds for my son who was going on a trip the U.K. with his high school English teacher, who recommended that parents use International Currency Express, Inc. because she uses it all the time when she goes out of the country.

The customer service and the quality of the service was well worth ordering the money. I couldn't believe how easy it was to order the money and it was the correct amount, no problems with delivery, I was amazed! This is my reason for giving 5 stars. Now, when I or a family is going out of the country, we are going to use International Currency Express, Inc for now on. Additionally, I like the fact they sent envelops to send the money back in exchange for US dollars, which most banks do not do. I am glad parents were recommended to use this particular service. I WILL recommend others to use this fast and easy service.

Easy and quick transaction. Only glitch was UPS delivery delayed a day, but not sender's fault. Would use them again when needing Euros.

They deliver authentic foreign currency. In addition, you will receive confirmation emails when you order and when they ship. Good customer service. ICE, Inc came highly recommended and they have been in business over 22 years. No problems.

After calling my Bank to check exchange rates for USD-AUD I called my Credit Union (First Entertainment), who told me they provide Currency Exchange services via Int'l Currency Express Inc. I was given their number and was able to get a better rate and free shipping to my Credit Union from Beverly Hills to Burbank in 2-days. The process was seamless and we'll probably use them again for future USD-AUD & AUD-USD currency exchanges.

Currency not delivered, even though order was accepted. Per telephone conversation, they had “computer problems.”

I’ve used International Currency Express several times and they seem quite trust worthy and efficient. I receive it accurately and quickly. I do wish I could choose my denominations.

My bank doesn't deal with foreign currency making obtaining foreign somewhat difficult, but not with International Currency Express, Inc. I submitted my order on a Thursday, and received my order the very next week. Thank you for your expeditious handling of my order.

The offered exchange rate was extremely good. The company stayed in contact throughout the process and provided the needed currency in a timely manner. I will be using International Currency Express again when I travel.

Company delayed starting the processing of my order for about 4 - 5 days, then they upgraded the shipping so that it did not actually arrive late. I was supposed to get a "partner discount" of some sort due to them being partnered with Redstone Federal Credit union, but the info on how to use that was inaccurate. A representative told me that he would put his card in my order and then I could call him for accurate info, and that he would e-mail me the info. He did not e-mail, and there was no card in the currency order when it arrived.
