Footstools & More Anmeldelser

Everything was excellent from ordering free fabric samples to receiving my footstool. I found it easy to choose and make my order online. The footstool was made well within the given time frame. The delivery date wasn't convenient for me but it was easy to rearrange that with a quick phone call. It was very well packaged and is beautifully made. I am very happy with it. It's a great addition to my living room.

From time of enquiry to time of purchase, service was excellent. Answered all of my questions with regards to specifications queries promptly and even provided the material I had sourced from a supplier at a more reasonable cost.
Delivery was as quoted and footstool is just beautiful. It has added a new dimension to my lounge.

Excellent! good material and well made. Very comfortable.

Very professional throughout. Careful, thorough, and reliable, with punctual delivery. The finished product looks fantastic!

Great customer service from start to finish.
The quality of the upholstery is beautiful, and being able to customise the size is ideal.

We were looking for a footstool and Mr Google shortlisted several, but we liked that the Footstools and More were a British company. We narrowed it down for size reasons and made the purchase. Hadn’t fully realised they were made to order (even better). It arrived before the due date and really well packaged. The first impression was the quality, no lint, no stray threads, the piping was beautiful, no wrinkles or puckers. The side seam was perfectly straight and flat. The cover to the underside was fitted with as much care and attention to detail as the outer. We liked it so much we ordered another. I had occasion to email customer services, their replied were prompt, same day or next day. Indeed they had to contact me (I filled toe order in wrong) They kindly talked me through the remedy for my error. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Nicely made product and good communication with customer and good liaison over delivery

I had a bespoke footstool made, excellent communication and easy to navigate website. Footstool was made & delivered with the expected timeframe. The footstool is just perfect, very well made and to my exact measurements. I would definitely recommend

Superb quality! Couldn’t be happier with our footstool.

Quality product good choice of fabrics made and delivered on time. Definitely recommend

Bought a footstool for my mum’s 90th birthday. Ordering process slick and the customer service excellent, even managed to get delivered on her birthday. My mum loves it as I managed to get the colour and height perfect for her. Thx xx

Very nice footstools. Well made and commutation was excellent.

Found the website very easy to navigate. Large selection that made meeting our particular requirements pretty straightforward. Fabric samples arrived quickly, and an issue with our selected fabric not being available at time of manufacture was dealt with very professionally.

I really appreciated the personal touch when ordering with Footstools & More- they kept me up to date with everything. I've ordered a piped footstool and coffee table tray from them and I'm very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship of both items. I believe the price point is also reasonable, considering that these items are made to order. Highly recommend Footstools and More!

Website easy to use, very good quality, very carefully packaged. Would use again

Our order arrived earlier than expected and I just wanted to say how extremely pleased we are with it. It’s always a worry buying something expensive and bespoke online but the quality and workmanship are outstanding.

Thanks again

I'm super happy with my bespoke footstool from this company. The quality of the build is substantially better than the ones which are displayed in furniture stores. I was advised of when the footstool was going to be delivered and the courier advised me on the day of delivery of a 2 hour window. Everything worked like clockwork. The footstool was extremely well wrapped and packaged securely. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in ordering from them in the future.
