Great service

Lovely, well made product. The sales team were very helpful and expedited my order when I said I had visitors coming to stay! That said, it didn't arrive on the day promised but that was due to APC's failure. It did arrive on the same day as my sister, however, and so added the final impressive touch to a newly decorated lounge. She loved it as much as I do! Thank you Footstools & More.

A well-made good quality product and arrived packed beautifully. I do find it a little heavy and should have enquired what the weight was but it is because it is well made

Absolutely delighted with our Coffee Table Footstool. Excellent workmanship, quality and service from start to finish.
These people really care about providing a first class experience for their customers.

My footstool is beautifully made. I was impressed with the way it was packaged, corners were reinforced and the whole parcel encased in bubble wrap ensuring the fabric on the stool was in perfect condition.

We are an interior design studio who have used Footstools & More for years now. They always deliver. Top marks on quality and service!

Delivered on time. Product finished to a high standard

When none of the fabric samples on the website suited my decor, Footstools and More went above and beyond to source a fabric from a photo of my furnishings and it was a perfect match. I love my orange footstool and it looks great. It’s beautifully made and was delivered on time and carefully wrapped.

Arrived as expected. Footstool excellent quality and height is perfect for me.

I would gladly recommend your company

Excellent service, footstool well made and delivered on time. Communication with Jen and Mark first rate. Would definitely recommend. 9 samples provided pre order 👌

Great job. Stuck to timing. Delivery suited.

This is a company that does things really well. From the multiple free fabric samples, to sending extra photos of the different legs available, which makes designing your item really easy, through to delivery of a perfectly crafted, beautiful piece of hand-made furniture. It's not cheap, and the lead time is quite long - I think our small footstool took 5 weeks from order to delivery - but what you are getting is a bespoke, quality item that looks great and will last.

Wonderful product and quality Mark spent a considerable amount of time trying to get a material match and succeeded. Very impressed

Firstly, it's so nice to able to buy a traditional design to bypass all the trendy stuff in the big stores.

The footstool arrived today and I love it. The craftsmanship is excellent and it's both elegant and comfortable.

The company has been very easy to deal with. There was an issue about the right style of legs not being available but it was quickly sorted out.

I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend Footstools and More.

The whole customer experience was amazing! From receiving sample fabrics and great communication once the order was placed. We were kept up to date by Jen. The delivery was as expected and again communication was brilliant.
The footstool is beautifully made and very elegant. Thank you

I’m so pleased I came across your website! The footstool I received is so well made I can’t stop looking at it. The attention to detail with the pattern placement is perfect! Definitely 5*, 6* if I could!

We're really delighted with our storage benches, which are perfect as combined seating and linen baskets. They are well made and the company were very responsive and easy to deal with. Very efficient and cheerful delivery, too.

Everyone at Footstools & More is very helpful and really quick to respond to queries, and the quality of their upholstery work is outstanding. It's a pleasure to deal with this company, and I've placed many orders with them. Great customer service and great products.

Smooth process. Great customer service team - easy communication, supportive and diligent. Used a different designer fabric that I have shipped in myself.
Good lead times. Excellent quality. Very satisfied with final product.

We ordered a Camden medium piped round footstool with piping in the Melbourne Heather fabric as we have elements of purple, teal and green in the room where we're using it and it looks absolutely wonderful. The build and finish are excellent. Fabric samples were sent promptly and delivery was smooth, I could mark down a tiny bit (to 4.8 stars) as it took just over five weeks, rather than the estimated three to four and, as others have mentioned, there were no progress updates - but that feels a bit churlish as we're so pleased with the product.
