Footplate Anmeldelser

Having just discovered Footplate, I was delighted with the excellent service they offered.
I have just started collecting and can honestly say Footplate have a vast selection of brilliant second-hand
rolling stock plus great Locos too.

Quality new and used model railway items with a good delivery date

Excellent service, with quick delivery and securely packaged. Model was as described and at a competitive price.

Purchased a pre owned Bachmann Earl class - loco arrived quickly and was well packaged. The loco was in perfect condition as stated on the website and runs beautifully. Website is easy to navigate and has a great selection. Will definitely use again

The pre-owned loco I recently purchased was in great condition and works well. Very fair price too! The excellent service from Footplate was second to none with great comms and a speedy dispatch of a well packaged item. Overall it was a perfect transaction. I have bought from them before and I will buy from them again. I recommend that you check out the website.

Set of carriages arrived in good time and as described

Excellent service, item was delivered promptly and was in superb condition and at a good price. I was so pleased I bought a second one. This was my first experience with Footplate and will certainly use them again. Would recommend.

Excellent service, very prompt deivery, and exactly as ordered. Only place I could find at a good price with the loco I wanted!

Great friendly service items well rapped.
Hilly recommended.

A company is only as good as the people who work there. Those at Footplate are helpful and friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction - at least in my experience, as both an individual purchaser and when buying for the model railway club I'm a member of.

Excellent
Great fast service
Thank you

Really friendly and very knowledgeable, the range of stock both new and pre-owned is vast and there is something for everyone. Plenty of rare gems all at amazing prices! Well worth checking the website daily! Customer service is second to none, anything you have posted out comes well wrapped and you can tell Footplate have pride in what they do!

Down to the ever increasing prices, I have been buying a fair amount of pre-owned items from Footplate. I have no complaints with regard to the wonderful service given on all occasions. A fully tracked 48 hour package service on delivery and notification throughout the order process keeps you well informed. Items are as described in the advertisement. Unfortunately I did receive a non working loco recently ( first and only one ), a quick email to Footplate got me a return label and the item was repaired and back on my layout within days. This is one model railway business that can really be relied upon to support their customers. Thank you.

Great little loco and a welcome addition to my loco collection.

Great service model was exactly as described ,postage was quick and the item well wrapped highly recommended !

Fast efficient service with 48 hour delivery. Train g scale purchase was packaged well with good protection. Item as described. Now waiting on the weather to get oot in the garden. Snowy cauld Scotland.

item was well wrapped and quickly dispatched and delivered. Model was in as new condition, so was pleased and impressed with product and service. One point on the 'daily digest', would it be possible to put the sold out at the top of the item. You see the picture and get interested, then scroll down only to find out it's been sold out, which is rather disappointing, but have no idea what it sold for.

Great to deal with, good price and quick delivery. Perfect A*****

Had not heard of Footplate before but a really well organised, well priced and fast delivering outfit. Some excellent stock and great to know they are there.

Ordered used Pullman set. Arrived well packed and exactly as described. Kept fully informed during packing and shipping
