I purchased two tickets for the…
I purchased two tickets for the Flamengo vs. Vasco da Gama match as a surprise for my wife — only to discover she had already bought tickets for us through her Brazilian producer with the same intention. I contacted the company just 17 minutes after my purchase to explain the situation to my customer service representative, Ana, who initially assumed there had been a duplicate transaction on their end and offered to cancel one order. However, once they confirmed that only one transaction existed on my side, they reversed their position and refused to process the cancellation, citing the following policy: "I'm sorry, but once the purchase has been registered, the tickets are reserved. As the event is so close, we are unable to process a cancellation."
This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I feel compelled to share this experience. Refusing to cancel a purchase made less than 17 minutes prior — under clearly exceptional and verifiable circumstances — is, in my view, taking advantage of the customer. This is particularly disappointing for a company that charges three times the face value of the tickets and should therefore be held to the highest standards of service in the hospitality and ticketing industry.
Buyer beware.
Update after the game:
"After the game, the crew was great and extremely helpful in accommodating every request — from changing the pick-up location to welcoming us at the stadium and taking us back to the hotel. They even came to check on us during half time, so I honestly cannot complain about the service at all. Thank you!"

Easy and trustworthy
We've had a great and smooth experience, from ticket purchase to matchday itself. I was contacted within 10 minutes of the online purchase, with follow-up details and important things to know for the matchday which was reassuring about the entire process.
Our guide Marcelo was a great matchday host. He showed us around the stadium before the game, and gave us all the info we needed to navigate the stadium. All that remained for us was enjoying the atmosphere and the game itself.

Fui con mi hija y realizaron un trabajo excelente me la pase agustó la puntualidad, la formalidad. El apoyo para trasladarnos y dirigirnos hacia el lugar. The Flamengo vs Santos game was honestly an incredible experience from start to finish. The whole day was really well organised, and nothing felt rushed at any point, which made it even more enjoyable.
Raphael, our guide, was excellent throughout. He made everything smooth and stress-free, explaining things clearly and making sure everyone was comfortable and involved. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us a great experience, and it made a big difference.
The atmosphere at the game was unreal — the fans, the energy, everything about it was exactly what you’d hope for and more. It wasn’t just about getting into the stadium quickly; it was about enjoying the whole experience properly, and Raphael made sure of that.
Overall, it was a brilliant day and something I’d definitely recommend to anyone. If you’re thinking about going to a game, especially with Raphael as your guide, you won’t be disappointed.

Eduardo and company did a great job meeting us and taking us to the game at the Luis Filho Stadium. The transportation was confortable and the experience was exciting and authentic. It was a great way to witness the local culture. We felt safe at all times and we were made feel welcome.
