If I could give this a lower score I would! I ordered this well over a month ago and have yet to receive my shirt. They wanted to know how my experiences has been well it sucks! I paid for something that I haven’t received! I would like it if they just refunded me my money and kept the shirt.

Football-World was in constant communication and was delivered across the pond in a timely manner. Highly recommend to my Americans soccer peeps to order from Football-World. When there was a delay on another shirt, they refunded me the $ for the inconvenience and I didn’t even have to ask.

Sizing is a problem
Sizing is a problem. Extra large is too tight where as a extra large tee shirt is just right. Stitching is loose

I customized the Name on one of my jerseys but the customization was not listed on the receipt or confirmation email. So I needed to ask if the customization had been received (or lost) and was PROMPTLY responded to (in less than 5 minutes!) that they had received the correct details. This was a HUGE relief. I was expecting a long battle trying to get an answer! lol Sorry that's just the way of the world it seems nowadays... Hopefully they fix their site to carry the details of my order (including customizations) through to the receipt and email confirmations but this does not reflect at all on their STELLAR service!
