Able to do coursevat my pace.
Very comprehensive

I needed the certificate urgently, and the Food Safety First team was very helpful in getting it to me on time. They answered my calls promptly and supported me throughout the entire process. It was especially helpful that I could speak with the same person each time, so I did not have to explain everything from the beginning.

The course could be done at your own pace. The course materials were very explicitly written.
The team was extremely supportive. I am happy I did the course at Food Safety First

I was really pleased with Food safety Supervisor course. It was quick and easy to use fast and efficient services would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to complete a course.

Great content

Streamlined and simple. Short videos for the Responsible Service of Alcohol placed me in the zone. Can be a bit slow in some parts but that is OK. Helps the info sink in.

I have just purchased a food trailer recently and do not realise that I needed to do the Food Safety Supervisor course. Going into it it was very stressful due to all the stresses of opening a business but the format of the course is done very good. I found it contained a lot of commonsence but also very informative. I will definitely let people know if they are requiring this course. Thank you for a great experience in learning.

Great that it can be completed at own pace and pretty much all online .

Really well set out content and was greatful to access any time at my convenience. The team were always so quick to respond if I had any questions.

Well it's been a very long time since I've studied and I was feeling very unsure and nervous. But to my surprise "it was as easy as pie". Very well set out and easy reading. Time frame was more than enough and support is available for you. No matter how minor it maybe. Money well spent.

Their speedy response to questions was fab and their communication was super and very human.

Food safety first was an amazing company to complete my food safety supervisor course. I could complete the course in my own time when convenient for me, which was wonderful while trying to run my business.

Smooth and easy process to enrol, complete course requirements and to make corrections if required. Final processing of SoA was efficient.

Yes very good understanding course

I recently completed this food safety training module and found it to be extremely valuable. It was comprehensive and covered all the key areas in a clear and practical way. I particularly appreciated the intentional repetition and overlap throughout the module, as it really helped reinforce the key concepts and build confidence in understanding.

The content provided a strong foundation in food safety principles, and I now feel much better equipped to apply these practices in a real-world setting. A well-structured and highly worthwhile training experience.
