The food arrived within the timeline they committed to and packaging was good. Some of the meals seemed oily / quite pre-made and one of the items I ordered was missing

The meals are absolutely delicious. The portions are perhaps a little smaller than I would sometimes like, but on the whole they are great.

I do think that the full price for the meals is too high. It's about the same as a takeaway, whereas I would like to see these as a budget replacement for takeaways.

I would also suggest to make it clear in the description if a curry does not come with rice (if rice is pictured in the photo)

I had a pleasant experience the food tasted good and the portion sizes were adequate

I'am very disappointed about the food,very taste less. Spicy and frozen.
Also the agent who sale said it was one paiement only no subscription. And then they come again on my account and start taking money. I will advice people to not get involves with foodhak because they foods are not fresh like they pretending and are not good at all. They are not honest when they stop you in street for them to sale for you, they will be lying to the customers.

Enjoyed the selection of tasty flavoursome foods.

I always receive the correct order well packaged even though the delivery was sent to wrong address but I did get my package

I’m not 100% sure how to rate this because on one side I did lose about 4kgs, on the other, I am both B12 and iron anaemic following the program. As my GP suggested, I most likely already had deficiencies before starting this but the lack of protein and some other essential vitamins and minerals made it worse much quicker.
The food is actually quite tasty and although portions are small, because of the snacks you don’t have time to get too hungry. This is definitely made for people who like curry and soups because the only solid foods in the diet are the crackers and cookies (only week 1 unfortunately! And they were my favourite part :( )
My least favourite part were the Kitchari days because, although it tastes good, having the same thing for all meals in a day is very boring and by dinner time I would actually start feeling put off by the meal.
I have been concerned about the daily caloric intake as well (900-1200/day). The first two-three weeks, I tried following my usual exercise routine and running but I felt so dizzy all the time that I started skipping exercise days altogether. I actually ended up in A&E one weekend because I felt so weak and out of breath over a few steps and thought I would pass out. (This is actually how I discovered the anaemia, over two weeks into the diet) Most of the meals have ridiculously low protein so although you lose body mass (weight) you end up losing muscle, not fat. Especially since it’s near impossible to exercise properly. By week 3 I started adding boiled egg to some of the meals and taking supplements, which did help.
Customer service hasn’t been that great to be honest. When I enquired about the low amount of calories I was told to eat some fruit if I’m still hungry. I asked what the difference between the weight loss plan and the maintenance plan was since the meals seem more or less the same and was given a generic answer that was already on the website. When I asked for further details I got no response.
Deliveries were always timely. Stuff leaked a couple of times with one soup leaking all over my fridge until I discovered it. Wasn’t offered any compensation for the unusable meal. Also, if they replace a meal in the plan with something else they don’t notify you so you have to try and figure out what got replaced with what.
Overall, I think that the food was decent, but the plan could definitely be improved in terms of amount of protein that is provided. I know they are adding some meat based meals to their website so being able to select a meat version of this program might be what’s needed.

Food is awful. It automatically ordered for me without my confirmation. Hopefully I can get refunded because it's not right.

Foodhak has changed my eating habits forever!
Its so great to know that theres an option thats allergen free, convenient and actually fuelling my body with the nutrients it needs. Im so busy with work that having this element of my day already thought through and sorted for me has really taken a big stress factor out of my day to day. Im really enjoying the recipes I have tried so far - the jerk prawn rice bowl is so good!! - and feeling much better in myself knowing im eating right

I bought to take for lunches at work as I need quick and easy meals sometimes. Some meals I split into 2 and added extra frozen veg so lasted me a bit longer and more budget friendly. Not something I will order regularly but handy to have some frozen or in for a quick lunch. The ashwaganda cookies were really nice!

Food wasnt very enjoyable, and despite receiving a big starter discount of 20 pounds for 5 meals it felt like the quantity was still quite low for the value, especially given the taste of the food. I am biased though as almost always cook and dont normally go for ready meals. In general wouldnt recommend.

I was very grateful for the informatiom about the medicinal benefits of foodhak. I spoke to a lady called Eureka and she really gave me a great info about the meals that would be appropriate for my gut support. I am looking forward for my first box coming in 2 day time.

Beautiful packaging and a variety of food I would not normally eat !

I really don't like the packaging and the rice and meat and sauce mixed up together. I felt like it was more like baby food packaging.

The Buriton bowl is more like soup. The jello rice and chicken was too saucy.

I'm yet to try the rest.

The food itself was OK but other than convince, I won't be ordering again.

I was disappointed to see many unrecognisable ingredients in the packs of food I chose. So I will be cancelling my order as I want to eat healthier but not happy with what I received.

This is the second time using Foodhak. Really impressed

If you are super busy this food is for you.The food was tasty and I tried a variety of dishes. The biryani with quinoa was delicious. However, this is not good value for me as the portions were small, food was frozen fresh which I was willing to try but microwaving food is not for family meals and really for single people who want convenience. I did think about using the service for lunch but again prefer freshly cooked food instead of microwave lunches. I prefer the hello fresh model but the recipes in Food Hak are much nicer.
