For years i have avoided phone repair…

For years i have avoided phone repair shops and just bought a new one instead. This time i went into the Fonebook Horden and was greeted by lovely lady who husband was currently out of shop. Between this lovely couple they certainly went above and beyond to help me, even when he had car trouble himself, he still went out of his way to get the things needed to fix my phone as I can say, it was not a straight forward fix and i thought my phone was completely broke. He managed to fix my phone which was also slightly water damaged too. They certainly know their stuff and whether its a phone you need, an accessory or a vape then i would 100% recommend this shop for the service i received. Definitely miracle worker with the best polite service i received from anyone in such a long time. Thank you so much.

I'm thrilled to share my wonderful experience at this combined phone and vape shop! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they have an impressive selection of the latest phones, but their expertise helped me find the perfect device that matched my preferences. The vape section was equally impressive, with a diverse array of products and flavors. What really stood out to me was the staff's patience in answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my choices. The shop's inviting ambiance and the team's professionalism have earned my loyalty – I'll definitely be back for all my tech and vaping needs!

Pros:

Impressive variety of mobile phones, catering to different budgets and preferences.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff who were eager to assist and provide information.
Competitive prices, especially considering the quality of products on offer.
Cons:

Limited accessories section, could use more options for phone cases and screen protectors.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours.
Customer Service:
The staff at Fonebook were attentive and patient. They answered all my questions about different phone models and helped me find the best option within my budget.
